Could more thorough on cleaning, we found remaining rubbish in the toilet when we checked in. Very small room.

Big bathroom vs other hotels in Japan. Nice tech toilet with more options than a 'standard' one. Also some thoughtful tech touch for the TV with HDMI port available. The mattress was good but the pillows way too soft for my preference. Good WiFi. Close to Nagoya Science museum and two minutes from a bus stop connecting to the train station.

The breakfast was basic and almost every day running out of stock! Bringing more, like eggs (for example) was slow... and if you were there with 30 minutes before closing almost nothing left to select for eating! The receptionist have a minimal level of understanding English but we managed to get the things sorted.

Location was great, 20 minutes walk from Nagoya Castle as well as the main train and bus station. Stores all around. Generally super quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean tidy and had everything I needed, including an air ionizer which really helped with my seasonal allergy. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of food to choose from, and kept me full throughout the day. After the checkout the staff were kind enough to let me keep the luggage for a couple of extra hours at the hotel while I went to visit Nagoya castle, which really helped a lot! Overall, would recommend!

It is what I would describe as a typical business hotel. No frills and nothing fancy but clean and practical. The rooms are a bit simple but clean and have a good size (compared to other similar priced rooms in Japan). The bathroom was a bit bigger than in other hotels so that was nice. The staff was very friendly and also very helpful – especially the receptionists. Their assistance for sending our luggage to the next destination is much appreciated. The breakfast was really good. It might not be your typical continental breakfast but there was good range of food and drinks and constant refills.

Just a small thing but: There is a designated smoking area, but it is right next to the elevators and reception. The whole lobby smells immediately of cigarettes when someone enters or leaves the smoking area.

Breakfast was good; nothing too special but it did the trick and it was included in the cost for everyone which was nice. I also liked that the cafe stayed open all day with coffee and tea if you wanted a place to work. Staff was helpful but also stayed out of the way. Location was good if you want to do stuff around the city; very close to the museums and the downtown area without being right in the thick of it by the train.

Location, the unique amenities such as foot pillow and ice pillow. The size of the room is also amazing! The hotel is also a stone throw away from Nagoya Castle. If you are keen on trying some of the local night life, the underground shops offer a great selection of local watering hole.

We had to collect our own pyjamas from reception. Also, while we're thankful for the umbrellas, they were unfortunately kid sized... so they didn't offer much protection in the way of keeping us dry.

Value for money wise food was more than expected. Cleanliness was excellent. Food was what I was longing for to taste. Being foreign from Japan. What I like most was how used utensils and food wastes are sorted out instilling responsibility to the guests. Location was superb. Being at the center of the city we were able to manage our itinerary well since places we intend to visit are just on a walking distance.

Breakfast is ok and is nice, good choices for people used to have westren like food, just some times room is small not enough, would be good to have choice to get deliver to the room.

Single bed rooms seem small, but they do the job, not space to put a 7 day clotchs would be nice to have the closet, Sometimes you hear outside people in the corrideros

The breakfast is okay, very western style. The Udon is great. The room service is very decently clean. If you don't want to clean the room the day they would also provide new towels.

Recommend having breakfast before 8:30 cuz they won't refill the food very often after that. We went there one time around 8:30 am and all the food even the fresh juice ran out... We heard the room next to us watching TV in the middle of the night. Have to be careful if you are a person who is easy to be affected by noise.

Now I have favorite hotel in Japan. This hotel very clean, affordable price, staff very nice, provide free breakfast, great location, close and easy to go to anywhere in Nagoya, 711 and Family Mart just 3-5 minutes away, many good restaurant just close to the hotel. Room very clean, spacious and complete amenities.
