The location is not far from the station but not that close. Need to walk a little bit. The hotel is clean, nice staff, and easy check in. Soft drinks and alc machine are available in the hotel, so convenient. The room is all equipped and clean.

The pillow is okay, not that comfortable.

The differentiator is the excellent customer friendly staff, me with zero Japanese and zero knowledge about the city was personally attended to , on certain important enquiries about direction, the hotel staff actually came with me to ensure I got to the right place. The Breakfast Buffet spread items was thoroughly explained item by item on requesting to know taking assistance on the mobile pad, so that we both could understand each other.

Nothing at all out of place. It could have been mentioned during check in that breakfast would be additionally charged.

the disposable chopsticks at the breakfast buffet should be replaced by reusable ones. there were various dishes offered at the buffet, but sadly no fresh fruits.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, close to everything we needed.

Only thing I can really say is the onsite parking was too low for the car we had but that was our choice of vehicle not the hotels fault.

The staff are very receptive. The room was extremely clean and quiet, I had a great night's rest.

The room was very cozy and comfortable. Also, it was located in an area with many bars and restaurants.

Very unclear where to park your car. I ended up using a parking garage that cost over ¥7,000 for overnight parking. I was pretty upset about that.

Location was good. The breakfast was good, it was a healthy Japanese meal. The lady at the breakfast area was very kind and a top notch professional, she had eye for detail (she noticed we weren't taking coffee and informed us on it being there) she took my food away as I was drinking my coffee to finish my breakfast with. In all, very helpful in such a little time frame...very impressed. The reception people on departure all greeted me in a pleasant manner and gave me a satisfied feeling overall.

Prior to arriving at the hotel I messaged the hotel about parking my car and we had a talk on the phone that I would come in early, which was great. At arrival however, the talk at the reception was less enthousiastic than the girl on the phone, the girl seemed troubled that I came early and somewhat annoyed that I also had to bring in my car into the garage. She dragged the cone with as much noise she could make. The traffic cone was in front of the passage to the garage. I had called an hour before I arrived and said about the car and they still did not anticipate it correctly. There is room for improvement. The bathroom was very tiny. The. Room was very tiny. I will not stay there again.

The location is ok. The staff are good, very professional and helpful. We arrived at 11:00 a.m. and the check-in time was at 15:00. Our plan is to leave our luggage and park our car. We have to pay an additional JPY1,000 on top of the parking fee per day which is fine. There is an ice machine and a laundry service onsite and detergent is provided, however, there is no coin exchange machine, so be prepared.

The check-in date is early November. I am unsure about the Nagoya climate every year this time around but this year, we had 26 degrees Celcius, sunny and beautiful weather. Our first day after we left the car, we came back to do the complete check-in and went to our room. Tried to turn on the AC in the room but I found out that it's only hot air came out. So, went to the reception and the staff gave us a flyer with information that can be concluded as follows: the guest cannot have an AC turn on since it was arranged from the central. Alternatively, you have the option to turn off the AC and open the window. Since it was late and I did not want to make a scene, I agreed. We slept that night with our window open. The window was not fully open it was only 45 45-degree angle type of window, opposite our window is the parking facility with the robotics system. So, during the night, when someone comes in and parks their car, we can hear this noise which is loud and noisy. We checked out the next day when our first plan was to stay in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The staff was very helpful in helping us process our refund.
