The place was clean, and you could stay there comfortably even without any personal items, as they provided almost everything—from pajamas to toiletries. They even offered a good selection of hand and body products. There were two Japanese baths to choose from: one for guests with tattoos and another strictly for those without. The top floor featured a common area with a free flow of soft drinks, a simple night snack of rice, two types of soup, pickles, and a wide range of alcoholic beverages (limited to three drinks per guest and available for a set duration). The front desk staff member, originally from Indonesia, spoke English and was very helpful and friendly.
I was disappointed that there was no Japanese curry as part of the night snack. This may sound petty, but I had seen it featured in a YouTube review of the hotel, and it was not available during my stay. Additionally, I was assigned a capsule even though I distinctly remember booking a room, as I had my bike with me. However, my booking did indicate a 'capsule,' which I found strange. I was willing to pay extra to upgrade to a room, but unfortunately, that option was not available, which was also disappointing

Free breakfast and simple rice meals (rice, miso soup and a variety of spices) and drinks!!! Sauna on the fourth floor with a multitude of options (cold bath!!!, warm bath and sauna with TV), curry in the morning. Tattoo friendly sauna floor. Provisions for renting sewing kits, etc. Located around Sakae district, close to many establishments. Sleep in the capsule floor is okay, but the premises are guaranteed to be silent save for the occasional snoring. Capsule beds have on TVs and light dimmer etc. Seems like an all nighter place for salarymen but also okay for tourists.

Excellent facilities with great staff! Capsule beds are more than large enough for an average person, and comfortable. Good free Wi-Fi in the building, and a nice social area on the top floor. The onsen/public bath facility was unique and really good too, a great way to relax at the end of the day.
The lack of shower booths for men was initially a problem, because I am someone who is very shy about my appearance. Although once I experienced the onsen, it was no problem. Still, the option to have a shower booth for men (because the women had them) would be nice.

I did not expect this level of premium from a capsule hotel! Beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms are isolated with a buffer zone to prevent noise - there are also lots of warnings telling people to be quiet in the bedroom area. Free breakfast curry, free drinks all day (soft drink and coffee) and free whiskey in the evening. Fantastic baths (sento/onsen), which turned me onto loving hot springs during my entire Japan stay. It's a men-only hotel and it's really chill. Really loved the place, would definitely go back.
I discovered a little late that the place is right next to a red-light district. If you're rolling solo, prepare to be approached and solicited if you walk around the wrong areas haha. But ultimately this was harmless and there's no concern for safety.

Countless free amenities and services. Extreme value! Staff are helpful and fast.
The "premier" semi-rooms leak light into top capsules above the curtain. As if the sun was constantly shining even through the blinder. Other guests mistake the capsule numbers very frequently. I also found the AC setting (on F11) to be a bit cold at night, but that may just be personal preference.

Location was literally perfect! I would walk to all the major attractions I wanted to go to, ex. Nagoya castle, science museum, Oasis 21, etc. Loved the onsen and how it was tattoo friendly for foreigners! That was my real worry but Im so glad I was also able to enjoy the onsen. Room was nice, a little inconvenient getting up and down since I was on the top bunk.
The only thing I really didnt like was the AC. It wasnt strong and it wasnt that cold, so I couldnt really imagine staying there in the heat of summer. I think I would get too hot. During my stay, there was a lot of noise coming from the other guests and staff during parts of my stay. So sometimes I could get good sleep but I did wake in the middle of the night or early early morning due to lots of noise. but given that its a capsule hotel, that cant be helped.

There are a ton of facilities included that you wouldn't expect. The variety of baths/sauna and massage chair were welcoming to have after many long days of walking. The free breakfast was only curry rice but still delicious. The free drinks were also enjoyed by us. The facilities were very clean, helped by the fact that you have to take your shoes off before even reaching reception.
The mattress and pillow were very firm so may be uncomfortable. The covers were also very short so they can't reach from shoulder to feet.

wet modern and well planned out capsule hotel! has an artificial onsen/public bath. it’s separated into genders for all things. capsule room, locker storage, bathhouse. there is also a separate lounge area for women. capsule was nice and roomy and comes with a lock box , storage shelf, free use of charging cables and tv. comes with a tonne of free benefits including use of onsen, full range of beauty products and tools, pjs, basic foods and soft drinks and free alcohol between a certain times
not disliked just confused foreigner. wasn’t aware that there were shower’s available just outside bathhouse so was a little bit stressed about not having access to shower and only public bath house. (extra wording on info sheet would be great) pyjamas we’re too small even for large sizes :( so was unable to wear them. otherwise lovely place. just a confused foreigner hahaha

This my first capsule hotel experience. The property provided everything we required for our one week stay. Access to and from subway was close and convenient. Lounge was well provisioned with food and drinks available 24/7. Staff were fantastic.
We lived across 5 floors being entrance, pod, locker room, bathroom and lounge. You need to be very organised otherwise you are constantly waiting for lifts or using the external stairs - one way to stay fit.

- I had a good sleep, not noisy thanks to the locker system at a different floor. As opposed to other feedbacks, I find it convenient even though it requires a bit of organization - very good shared space - excellent shared bath
Nothing really.. Minor remark: free drinks and free coupons for food everyday is a nice intention but the quality of what's provided is not so good. It would be nicer to have just one good non-caloric tea bottle or fruits
