Location was close to the station. It was easy to catch a bus or a train to the tourist sights. Staff had poor level of English but we got by using a translator app. We booked 3 double rooms but they gave us pillows and towels for single person for 2 of the rooms - which was also quickly fixed. Breakfast was ok - had a basic spread of western and eastern foods. They had a coffee machine at reception where we could get a free coffee. The best part were the washing machines cum dryers on the second floor - easy and cheap to operate. Just a few doors down was a fantastic Okinawa style restaurant selling yakitori.

The bed was a bit small.

Great value given the size that you’re paying for. Room was spacious, beds are bigger than the standard single and they have a library cafe on level 1 that offers breakfast (payable) and for you to lounge at all day with charging points. Coffee dispenser available FOC. Not too long a walk from the train station with Lawson nearby.

We wanted to request late check-out by an hour and were told it would come at a charge. Quite surprising given that in other countries it would’ve been offered for free, and I expected the same given that we stayed for 8 nights. Guess it’s just a typical Japan hotel culture thing, not too bothered as we spent our time at their cafe. Also not sure why they took 2 of our tea sachets that I brought from another hotel but it’s all good.

Exceptional hotel!! Loved everything about it. So happy stayed extra 4 days. 12 in all! Free breakfast was really special. You could eat as much as you liked. (And we did) good choice from asian or western. Really delicious. It meant we only needed a light snack at lunchtime, so saved time and money. Also good coffee and tea available all day in a comfortable lounge. Most welcome on return from a busy days sightseeing. Location only few minutes easy walk from JR station and mall. Due to the location and our love of the hotel we chose to make Nargoya our base for daily bullet train trips rather than keep moving hotels. Plenty of choices of eateries. nearby We can reccomend "Dennys" opposite Station entrance.

Only small quibble not much storage room for luggage, but room size about par for Japan

Excellent breakfast which suits everyone. They had Asian as well as western dishes and were all tasty. The facilities offered were exceptional. They had coffee machines which were offered free of charge to all inhouse guests and the lobby area had lot of daily essentials which could be taken if needed. It is situated few minutes away from the Nagoya station and lot of eating places were around. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Beds were very comfortable. Shower was nice and strong. Close to convenience store. 5 mins to train station. I had to send some items in the post and the front hotel staff helped me with the japanese text. Very kind. Good bag drop with tag system. Lovely friendly family hotel. I met some awesome people at breakfast. Breakfast is free - it does the job and is tasty. They are meticulous with cleaning.

Breakfast is the same each day, but the convenience store is one minute away if you dont like the options.

Great location, a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station. Easy self check in but friendly staff on hand to help too. Room was spotless and well equipped with everything you need. Breakfast was basic but ok....as expected for the price.

My only issue was the pillows.....they were so thin and didn't support your head at all, basically felt like you weren't lying on a pillow at all. This meant I didn't sleep well which was a shame as otherwise this is a great reasonably priced hotel! A problem that is easily fixed if they invest in some new ones!

The hotel was great and the staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast was also good, with a large selection to satisfy even the most critical customer. Staff were extremely helpful and our room was good.

Directions from the station to the hotel for pedestrian access could have been better.

Very close to train station and convenience store. Also, breakfast is included. We chose it for its location to Shinkansen and local trains. Perfect for what we needed.

Breakfast finishes at 9.30 but when we came down 8.30, food was nearly all taken and not refilled. No two double bed options in a room given we are family of 4 we needed two rooms but I guess not hotels fault just how most Japanese hotels are like.

At Nagoya station, take the Taikoi-dori exit, turn right, cut through the construction site, cross the road and walk straight ahead.
