the whole building looks very new. Staff were so polite and helpful. Check in and check out process were quite fast. The bed was super comfy and room was clean. Even though the hotel isn‘t that near to the train station exit, its location is quite convenient. Just a short walk, about 5 mins from train station (I‘m not sure about the exit name, but the nearest underground one shold be E4 and it doesn‘t come with escalator). Surrounding by a lot of restaurants, fruit stalls and convenient stores, even if we come back to the hotel late at night, there are still restaurants open and still many people around.

it‘s not that I didn‘t like, it‘s just a bit inconvenient for me because I couldn‘t find any shower caps at the amenity corner.

The property is a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station on the taiko-dori side. The room is clean and comfortable. Our family did not avail of the breakfast since we'll be leaving early the next day. The staffs are responsive and helpful. I messaged the property weeks before our stay if they can receive a package on my behalf and they gladly responded and received the item for me. The room size is just enough for a family of three with two luggages and a stroller. The room has the basic amenities. Toiletries and coffee/tea are available at the lobby. There's a microwave at the 1st floor as well.

The beds are comfortable. I just find the pillows a bit hard, but nonetheless, it did not affect the overall experience.

Location is excellent very close to the Nagoya main train station and metro junction. Close to many restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean and comfortable (and small but pretty standard for Japan), and small things like the ability to monitor the laundry from your room TV are a nice touch.

Walls and doors are thin, and noise transmits between rooms and up and down the hallway. You can easily hear people talking in the hall as if they were in your room.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location, near the two train stations. It is in an older neighbourhood with a very local feel to it , with restaurants and stores only around the corner. Although it is in an older neighborhood, the hotel seems new, or it has been refurbished. Everything in my room seems new, clean and upgraded. Only a short walk away on the other side of the train station seems to be the business district of the city where all the upscale stores are located.

The hotel's check-out time is at 10:00am which is a bit earlier than most other hotels.

I like the bathroom most, it has a proper desk for make up. You can pick up the amenities on the ground floor. The bed is big (in Japan) and it’s comfortable. The room was mainly for sleeping, so it’s great. Staff were helpful. We could drop off our bags before check in time.

It’s a little far from the train station compared to other hotels. The Nagoya train station is very confusing and we kept getting lost. It’s best to go to this hotel from the street. Don’t try to navigate thru the underground shopping mall/walkways.

Very conveniently near the station which made it easy for us to get to the Ghibli Park! Super easy to check in and out of the hotel. There's a lot of girl bars and love hotels around, so be mindful of your surroundings.

As usual with Japanese hotels, the rooms are on the smaller end of the spectrum - I recommend booking a deluxe if you travel with multiple suitcases.

We loved our stay at this hotel, we wish we were staying longer than 2 nights! The room was so much larger than I was expecting, we could comfortably leave 2 large suitcases open in front of the bed and still have plenty of room. The bathroom was also huge! This was great, especially coming from a tiny hotel room in Shinjuku. We were also on a high floor with a great view of the city. The hotel was modern and beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful and were able to help us organise sending our luggage to our next location. Nagoya station is a short walk away and there are plenty of stores within walking distance. The price of the room was excellent, especially considering there are other hotels in the area offerring much smaller rooms for the same or similar price. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

The price was exceptional for its location, in-room facilities, staff and service. The breakfast was most enjoyable - great value and great tasting, especially the quality of the rice that came with the Japanese option!

The washing machines were a great facility and the time left for each could be tracked on the room’s tv. But it would have been helpful to have more than the 4 units as even a 2/3 load took a total of 3 hours to be properly dried.

I was concerned how this hotel would be as I cheaped out a little bit and decided to stay at a business hotel for our 2 night stay in Nagoya. The hotel was surprisingly nice, and room felt very bright and clean, and more spacious than I thought it would be (though it was still small). I also booked the twin bed room for me and my partner knowing that the double sized bed room would be too small for us. There were many free amenities (such as tooth brush, razor, comb) you can take in the lobby.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel

Location, near the station and has a lot of restaurants nearby. King size bed which is hard to find with this price. Room is spacious. Bathroom is very good. The dry section is seperate from the wet section which is very good.

They give you only one key card that is very inconvenient when one of you need to go outside. The breakfast choice is very limited. Only one vending machine in entire buildings. I ask staff about check out. He point the machine and then turn back and walk away into the room immediately.
