The room and bathroom are pretty spacious for Japanese city standards. You can opt out of cleaning for long stays but still request amenities through the TV. They provide sleepwear and a multi-type charging cable for your convenience. There’s even a humidifier in the room. Face wash, lotion, bath salts, shaving kits etc are also offered to you during check-in. There are coin laundry facilities available and you can check their usage status on the TV before heading to the laundry room. Vending machines and a microwave oven was also available on the sixth floor. Walk from the Shinkansen exit takes around 5 minutes- depending on your speed, with Lawson, 7-11 and Daily Yamasaki convenience stores along the way. The staff are incredibly polite and will greet you each time you enter and exit the hotel.

Great facilities. Ie big washing machine and ice machine are absolute lifesavers. Nice, clean feeling room.

Despite it calling itself shinkansen kita kuchi you have to walk a little bit to the station as it's behind everything (tho might of not helped massive construction was going on the station when I was there?)

on the corner rooms 914 , 814 etc the super hotel sign is so bright , not the Richmond’s fault but a slight negative . Having to stand in the bath , to have a plastic non slip mat would have been safer as I almost slipped twice . And not a great deal of draw/closet space for clothes .

Great for families Very helpful staff. Very clean. Good location. The staff at the front desk went out od their way to help us with what we needed. I had booked a ski trip for my family and had to make some changes, the fromt deak staff helped me arrange the trip bu speaking in my behalf . Great location near Nagoya station - 7 to 10 min walk .

Property was clean and the amenities bar had a good variety of items and was always well stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

Our car was too big to fit the hotel parking (do check beforehand), but all was good cause there was lots of easily accessible coin parking nearby.

it is about a 9 minute walk to Nagoya station. their smart TV shows a live feedback on the status of the laundry machine. so we get to know if any of the machine is available or the amount of time left for our washing to be done in the comfort of our room. the room is quite small for 2 adults and 2 children but this is a business hotel and in city centre so we should not expect the room to be very big.

The staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable and I slept really well which was all I needed after a busy day. I could see the shinkansen passing from the window. It was very nice and clean.

The room was quite small, it was difficult to find space to open the suitcase on the floor. Also, not sure if the fridge wasn’t working or I didn’t know how to turn it on. the light turned on when I opened the door but it wasn’t cool and there was no info about it. But otherwise all was great!

It's very convenient place to stay, very near JR Nagoya Station, then you can reach easily for Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo. The room is quite spacious and very clean, the amenities is supplied free in the front lobby with face cleaning, moisture, lotion etc... I feel very comfortable with the hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Nice size bathroom. Location is very convenient. I have stayed here before. It does not disappoint.

The air conditioning/ heat turns off when not in the room. So the room is hot when returning during warm days.

Very close to Kyoto station. And to Daily Yamazaki, Yoshinoya, 7-11. We loved staying there.... Very clean. Comfortable bed, Loved the scent of the Mikimoto Cosmetics line.... Please try the Yamachan Tebasaki, 2 branches near the hotel.
