Staff, very comfy bed, much larger room than average, solid view next to nearby park with picnics, locking wash machines with individual digital codes, western-style bathroom faucet temperature control (easier, faster, and more direct control with one hand than eastern-style), heated mirror, awesome lighting (headboard hidden-lighting), secure lobby at night, secure elevator floors, universal USB charging adapter.

Hot water (on top floor) immediately goes ice cold randomly and sometimes becomes scalding (all times of day while nothing else was running). Lobby on 3rd floor with staff always results in downward elevators stopping on level 3, even when no call button is pressed on the 3rd floor. Walk to purple or yellow subway lines could be shorter (in the wind or rain) but could be far worse, and least there's multiple subway options!

I can’t say enough praise about this hotel! The room was spotless and beautiful and very very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious a 10/10. We got stuck in the room during a typhoon and this was definitely the best room for that! The shower/tub were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the massagers were very hand after a very exhausting week exploring. The staff was very friendly and helpful and kept our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city for the day. And finally the location was great, right in the middle of everything and not too long it a walk from the station. I would say this is the best money I’ve ever spent on a hotel room for sure and I honestly didn’t want to check out when it was time to leave! Highly highly highly recommend the hotel forza for your stay in Nagoya!

Loved everything about it

The location is the best for food,shopping and most importantly easily accessible to subway stations. You are able to walk to 3 Major Shopping Mall within 6-7 mins and there’s a Food street just round the corner which operating late hours.

The room which I requested for is a little smaller that I had expected but nevertheless We managed to get through with it due to the smart layout of the room.

The breakfast was good. I stayed here for 3 days with my family and they are also very happy. The location of the hotel is within the center of nagoya and near to many different shops and tourist attactions. It is also near the train station so it is a plus!

More pillows in the bed. I stayed with my Wife and my Kid and there were only one pillow for each of us. Having an extra pillow should be great. Also the window has see through curtains only. I felt like I can be seen outside.

The hotel is centrally located, thus was convenient to visit Nagoya city and take metro to go to tourist attractions. The hotel was modern, clean and equipped with essentials plus coffee/wine service.

Breakfast service was expensive and had to queue.

On the weekday morning when the dining cafe was not busy, the dining cafe was very comfortable. We enjoyed the food very much. They serve a very nice variety of foods.

On a holiday morning when the dining cafe was busy, the selection of the food was very limited. It was one hour in advance to the end time for the breakfast, but the foods were very limited in variation and amount. We were disappointed.

Great location, clean room with an awesome shower/bathroom. There is unlimited free and very tasty coffee available at the reception. We were allowed to leave our luggage for some hours after check-out.

We planned to stay for one night only but extended for another night bec the kids really loved it there especially the bathroom. 😀 They also have a great breakfast buffet. The room is exceptionally clean as well. The location is great for shopping.

The young male and female staffs are nice but some older staff are as if they are having a bad day.
