The room was very nice and set up the mood. I loved the bathroom, all the amenities and especially the sauna. The thing that stood out for me was the fact that there were sanitary napkins in the toilet, something that is really rare in the hospital management even to this day. The location of the hotel was great, it was easy to get to and there were multiple good and cheap restaurants in a 15 minute radius.

I overall enjoyed the stay very much, but the breakfast options could be better. It was also a little misleading to say that we would enjoy a room with a "lake view", because it wasn't really much of a view. It would also be nice if we could choose the theme of the room.

We had a great time at Hotel Love. The room was spacious and I liked the design they were going for. The bed was really comfy and it was clean. The room had many many amenities. The hotel provides special amenities and services (as it's a love hotel) which looked amazing, but due to only spending one night, we did not have time to try. The hot tub and sauna in the room was also great! There's also karaoke in the room, the microphones and TV are ready! The breakfast was good, it was included in our booking.

There was a cockroach inside as we entered the room for the first time. I quickly stepped on it and threw it out. We haven't met any other in the room. The hotel is a bit far from the station.

I was not aware what does "hotel love" really mean and booked it just because of the location close to train station and price. When we entered the room we were surprises, it was not a room it was huge appartment with private sauna and jacuzzi, big table, 3 chairs, karaoke set and lot more but you have to check it on your own :)

Late check in time (but information about that was provided so I shouldn't complain) Window in the room - no possibility to let light through, on the other hand there was no issue to let sound through...

This place is an absolute must visit! If you’re looking to try the Love Hotel experience in Japan, or just want to have a luxury room for great value, then stay here. The room was very spacious with a king size bed, jacuzzi, large TV, different lighting settings, premium skincare and hair care, and a massager. Perfect for couples, but we stayed as two friends and we had the best experience!

There are no windows (for obvious reasons), would have been better to have some natural light but it was a small compromise for a great stay.

This was easily one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Japan. We decided to book this love hotel because the price was so good, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the amenities offered. We stayed in the Cool Japanese room and it was very classy and comfortable. After travelling japan for a month, this hotel offered the perfect place to relax for a few days in comfort and privacy before continuing our travels. Would absolutely stay here again

It wasn't a big deal, but when checking our room charges on the TV it was a bit confusing, and it was showing that we still had to pay the entire cost even though we had already booked and paid through booking.com. This stressed me out a little, but it ended up being okay when we checked out.

The hotel is exactly like its name. You can enjoy the most with your partner here with all things are provided. From normal amenities until extra like hair iron or straightener, men’s cleaning and skincare products, bath salt and bubbles. Our room also have game machine and a tv infront of the bathtub, wide balcony and big room. It’s a very good place to spend a night or two with your partner with a very affordable price.

Not very at a centric location

It is very big sized apartment A lot of facilities such as a big bath, sauna, oversized bed, karaoke and much more It is pretty private, adults only Location is not very bad, quite zone, not to far from attentions It worth for the money

I didn't like the check in policy ofter 20.00.. This could be at least 16.00 made I have found dust on parts of furniture so even if they have time between 12.00 up to 20.00 to make a good cleaning, still found dust... I hope that's the only thing They say cleaning during the day cost 1100 yen??? Whattt? Is this for real in a hotel? I didn't need it for my only 2 nights, but anyway... To pay cleaning??? Why am I going to a hotel than? Almost entire staff doesn't speak English (as minimum) so communication was difficult. Furniture is prety old, some renewal would be good.

We heard about Japanese "love hotels" and were surprised to see them as a category in booking.com. When booking I was sceptical believing this was an actual love hotel, but when my wife and I entered the room, that scepticism turned into surprise. There was porn on the tv, a sexy costume menu, a karaoke machine, a sauna/spa, a vibrator, varied colour lighting to create mood. If this was what a love hotel is supposed to be, then great. We had a great time!

The extra costs for karaoke was disappointing, but we didn't even know there was karaoke in the room before anyway.

The value for the money is pretty outstanding in this hotel:) room was big, bed was very comfortable, facilities in bathroom were just mindblowing and that there was a private sauna in the room it was just the cherry on top:) Location is also conveniente, max 10min walk from main train station. If I ever return to Nagoya I am 100% sure I will book a room here again:))

Check in could have been earlier, other than that everything was perfect:)

A fun hotel for a nights stay. Room was absolutely huge, had a jetted tub and a sauna (a surprise to us). Free movies on the TV. Vending machine in the room with both drinks snacks and adult products, lots of options for room service. Personal Massager included by bed is great. Adjustable lighting is awesome.

Wish there were more male items to order or buy from the vending machine. No personal lubricant in room for usage?
