Staying at this hotel has definitely been a great experience. The facilities are easy to reach from Nagoya main station (just a 10-minute walk, at a brisk pace). The staff at the reception is courteous and very nice, always helpful and full of suggestions about local places to visit. Its rooms are ample, clean and light, very comfortable and absolutely impeccable. The breakfast at the restaurant is a lovely mix between local and international styles, absolutely above expectations. The gym is well furnished and a pleasure to use. Overall, a great place and very high value-for-money.

The only thing I didn't like has been the check-in waiting time upon arrival at the hotel. Unfortunately, I arrived at a moment when there were quite some people waiting for check-in. This did not impact my evaluation: the outstanding performance of the rest was more than enough to compensate for this small inconvenience

The Room is very clean, tidy, and good size for a family of 2 adults + 2 small kids. I booked for a twin bed room which allows 1 adult + 1 child per bed. I think the hotel is newly rennovated. Excellent services!!! the staff were really helpful and patient. I requested for help to call and cancel the car rental because I didn't speak Japanese and she did the cancellation for me without hesitation. Secondly, I had to leave my luggages for storage because I arrived before the check-in time. The lady was very patient in taking them out one-by-one again from the storage room as I left something behind in one of the luggages. Location may not be the closest to station but walking is 20 mins away only. Convenience store is just across the road and Toyota Car Rental is just 2 blocks away.

Way exceeded my expectations for a Courtyard Marriott, it looked like a JW Marriott. Even the bathroom fixtures were high quality, grohe & hansgrohe. There was a Nespresso machine in the room. A friend who lives in the area said the Toyota execs stay here, which I can believe. Short taxi ride to Nagoya station, which we highly appreciated on the return trip. (We initially took public transportation to the hotel which was a mistake given the paucity of escalators in the local stations.)

Minor issue, but I wish there was an easy way to turn on the (many) different lights on and off all at once. Maybe there was a way but I didn't figure it out.

The rooms were great, very bright and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, I usually sleep on very firm bed so it's a bit too soft for my liking, but that's just personal. The location was great for adults. However, since we are traveling with elderly and kids the hotel might be a bit far from the shopping areas to walk as a family, but there were a donki right across and 7-11 right next to the hotel so in terms of convenience it is very good.

The bar here closes around 11 and I wished it opened a little later because I rather stay in. However, the hotel recommended a few bars that open much later, acceptable walking distance since the weather was not too cold.

This is a brand new hotel, modern, central, with a super efficient staff also very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the attention to details, especially at their Crust Bar where I have dined a couple of times. Honestly one of the best hotel I have staid in the last few years within this category. The rooms were big and the bed and pillows were top class. Water, coffees and teas were replenished daily and in abundance. The gym facilities also very nice and new, and the interior design was top notch. It was a pleasure to walk thorough the hall and bar areas during the day and watching the surrounding and feeling the buzz. An amazing value for money. If you are in Nagoya definitely visit this hotel!

The staff were very helpful in helping us book restaurants and arrange different activities for my children. The house keeping staff were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable in the unit.

We had an issue with some of the housekeeping but the manager was very helpful in addressing the problem and coming up with a solution.

This hotel is very modern and clean with friendly staff. There is a Don Quijote on the other side of the hotel. If you're looking for a hotel in Nagoya, I would very much recommend this one.

There is no coin laundry available inside the hotel, but there is one nearby next to the hotel where you have to go outside. However, the rest of the hotel is perfect. I would still recommend everyone to stay in this hotel if you're looking for a hotel in Nagoya.

We had two connecting rooms which were spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Toilets were separate from the shower/bath, so more than one person could use them at the same time.

It’s a bit of a walk from the Nagoya train station, but taxis are readily available and affordable (¥650 per trip). Feather pillows were too soft and flat - not sure if hotel provides alternative pillows, as we didn’t ask

The staff is really helpful when we check in. He is from HK, being very nice to us. We appreciate for his big help.

Housekeeping part was really untidy, I can see some rubbish are still in somewhere after make up our room. Also didn’t refill the shower gel and I have to call for it. Also the check out part is really slow, the staff are not friendly and I still didn’t get my receipt as I asked her send me by email due to the tight schedule for us.

The lounge and restaurant staff were very friendly. I was traveling with my three years old son, and the staff made it really comfortable to stay there for meal. Breakfast staff's service exceeded my expectation! Thank you.

Check-in staff weren't very welcoming. They didn't really let us know if we can move forward to their desks and lucking smiles. Concierge was absent quite a bit when we needed the service. We found a toothpick in our room when we first walked in.
