Staff: We are extremely grateful to the young trainee male staff who was working at the front during our stay: he replied to all our questions and requests, very professionally, fast and politely, paying attention to every detail. We had a great stay thanks to the staff. Amenities: Face lotion and cream set for females was amazing. Thank you for providing such amenities. Not many hotels do that. Location: 15 min walk from the station, but the hotel provides shuttle bus and it solves the problem.

Breakfast: Simple. As a vegan, I was quite disappointed that I could have only cabbage salad and rice. All the dressings had animal-derived products like eggs or milk, and staff couldn't provide even me with simple oil. It would be nice to have at least one more dish or olive oil/ sunflower oil. Also, they do not have a list of allergens.

Very clean and modern, looks like everything is new, bathroom, air conditioner with advanced functions. Internet was fine, but I used available LAN cable to do some work and Teams calls. Breakfast has a lot of options, the breakfast area is huge, there are always enough free spaces, moreover the personal is very quick and helpful. Location is very good, you can walk from the station, but the is a free shuttle to/from the hotel and the station.

Free shuttle bus from the hotel to the Nagoya Station is a good idea . We love that very very much.

Most of the foods with the breakfast buffet are "cold" . I hope they can place a toaster or an oven there. I don't like checking-in at the Reception Deck using a machine. Room carpet cleaning has room for improvement .

The bus service from hotel to Nagoya station is very convenience. You can easily pick up the bus because it run every 15mins. So even the hotel is not near the station, I feel happy to be here.

The hot water in the bath room is very hot. It is nice for someone want to take a bath (ofuro) in their rooms. However it is difficult to adjust the hot level. Sometimes it is very hot and sometimes it is very cold.

Although it is quite a distance from Nagoya station, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service, which adds a lot of convenience for guests. Additionally, we chose to include breakfast during our stay and were impressed with the wide variety of options and the homemade feel of the food provided by the hotel.

The hotel was about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Very nice hotel with vending machines and free toiletries/amenities in the foyer. Very comfortable room and a lovely breakfast. There are noodle vending machines in the eating area if you get hungry and there's a free shuttle to the train station approximately every 15 minutes or so. Check in and out was very easy via machines in the hotel foyer.

Great location, close to Nagoya Station and convenience stores. Room was spacious for one person. Bed was comfortable and the service from hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast selection could have been a bit bigger.

The room was nice and the free breakfast, while very busy, was a good option to have. The proximity to places like Osu Kannon was a highlight.

Location of the hotel is ideal, near the nagoya train station, their shuttle will take you there back and forth, breakfast is also good, rooms are clean, staff are very accommodating and polite highly recommended
