Lovely rooms and pool (albeit the time of year we were there it was a little cold). It was easy to access from the airport by bus and was in walking distance from the main streets. Although they don’t have a spa you can get in room treatments which were very good. Breakfast was really nice.

Enjoyed the central location. Breakfast buffet was fabulous with many choices and variety each day. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great rooftop bar!

Best hotel in our two stay in Japan. Top end hotel for a great price. The staff were very attentive and really made you welcome. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Great jacuzzi and terrace swimming pool. Kids loved it! Location spot on - easy from the airport and fun area.

Not a criticism of the hotel but more a travel tip - you need a car on this island. Public transport is not good. Don't forget your international driving licence like us! Need to apply before you leave your place of residence.

Location ‘s superb. Service and hospitality were fantastic. The staffs were very helpful and polite. We went there during Typhoon , the staffs tried their best to accommodate all guests. I was very impressed! One of the reception desk were outstanding ( Sorry I should have asked his name.)

There is only one restaurant for dinning and not many selection for room service.

Breakfast is the best part of our stay, plenty of flavors and choice can eat. Room is not big but still enough for us. Location is really great, only 5 mins walk to Kokusai-dori and find foods or shopping. Pool is also good with a hot tub beside. My kids have very good time during this stay.

Parking tower is busy, need to wait 5~10 mins to park or take the car and need extra charge.

Everything was clean. Staff were very friendly. The location was convenient, close to bus stops and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The room was a bit small for three people but it’s typical for a Japanese hotel.

The gym should close at 20:00 but not sure why it was locked at 19:20.

Once we arrived we were greeted by welcoming staff who spoke good English. They were professional and efficient. During breakfast time, the table was ready with kids utensils once we arrived. They seated all families with little ones at the same corner so that we won’t disturb others. The breakfast was super delicious with great varieties and lots of local delicacies.

Everything was great.

Fantastic location, right next to Kokusai Dori, all shops and restaurants were easy to get to by foot. The room was very good, the bed comfortable and the toiletries were excellent.
