The location on the corner of Kokusai street is excellent. The tourist informationCenter across the street, also a bus stop and the next Mono rail station Makishi , the Public market, many restaurants with music at night, all available conveniently reachable on foot. The Master Sommelier Minoru TERUYA was a pleasure to get to know. He made sure the restaurant ran perfectly to everyone’s satisfaction. The hotel appeared like a museum. All 9 floors are packed with beautiful drawings and paintings, historical, modern, contemporary, abstract. Even some paintings from Hollywood actor Tony Curtis. The nightly Japanese hot bath and soak in tranquil zen like surroundings.

The Pool is small and often busy with Children?

1. Location - love that its just along the Kokusai Street - lots of shops and eateries around. The Tourist Information office is just opposite the hotel and there are 3 convenient shops located about 100m away from each other. There is bus stop just outside the hotel to hop on to Shuri Castle and walking distance to another bus stop to board the bus #83 to the limestone cave. The monorail is 5 mins away and it brings you all the way to the Naha airport. 2. Room - spacious and i like that the toilet has a separate door from the shower area. The bed is bigger than the super single size and there are 2 pillows provided. 3. Breakfast - A wide variety with both Japanese and bread selection. 4. Laundry - 4 washers and 4 dryers - very easy to use @400 Yen per wash and @100 Yen per 15 mins of drying. Simple instructions provided to operate the machines. 5. Security - you need the hotel card to access the lift & a separate card for ladies onsen

Onsen - the amenities are limited. There is no towel, comb, shower cap. House keeping - no cleaning of room unless guests stayed more than 4 nights. Only change of towel, clearing of rubbish and replenish amenities.

Amazing!! The staff, the pool, happy hour, the bar,the drink specials- AMAZING!! This place has it all. You truly don't need to leave the hotel. You can swim, eat drink, lounge , bbq and enjoy a private onsen all in one facility. I will never stay anywhere else.. They provide pajamas for the room and onsen, they even leave a bag for changing in-room items if you don't want them to clean. The hotel owner is super attentive, attractive,fun and accommodating. I had the best time. The bbq looked amazing, but for me it was a lot of food, so I had to cancel my reservation. However, they did try to tell me before it was plenty, but I insisted. After seeing a group enjoy the bbq the night before my reservation, I thought it was best to do the bbq when I come back with friends. So I had to cancel. But, if you are with company, you should reserve the poolside bbq. I also like the Adult swim hours. I think it should last longer in the summer. Maybe 8-11 instead. I'm glad they give adults time in the pool without the kids. I also like the DJ they had on a Sunday. The first guy was not so good as his music was depressing for a sunny day by the pool, but the young lady who DJ 'd after was awesome. She understands what it's like to hang at the pool on a sunny day and enjoy life. I can't wait to come back.

The WiFi can be a little patchy but it’s not the worst!

If you are looking for a family place in the city, this is the perfect place. The location is exceptional—easy access from anywhere. We stayed with a baby and a toddler, so it was very comfy for all of us. The Hotel offers you many facilities you may need for your stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, attending to all details at any moment.

Please keep in mind that the Hotel is having some renovations. However, the whole staff was accommodating and professional, solving any inconvenience at the moment.

Staff were fantastic which is important in Japan with language barriers etc. I lost my mobile phone in another town and the reception staff were absolutely fantastic. We eventually tracked it down and went by taxi.

The room small for two people and a little tatty (needed a lick of paint), but that was probably reflected in the price.

- Outdoor pool was awesome. I was the only person there so it was like a private pool for me, but the water was a little cold - Indoor public hot bath is nice - Staff were friendly. The staff showed me where the pool was, and gave me a towel - Location is great, conveniently on Kokusai Dori close to restaurants - I liked the Japanese style bath in my room along with a bathtub

- There was no bottled water provided, but not a big deal as there were 2 convenience stores just across the street - I wanted to go for a massage, but they were booked full

The hotel was in a great position on the Kokusai-dori where there are tons of shops and restaurants. There is a lovely pool and bar and an onsen. There is a coin laundry and also a microwave. The water is free and in the room there is a great coffee machine.

Just that the room had no storage for clothes but that is fairly normal here in Japan

The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Our room and the rest of the hotel was very stylish and cool. Artwork everywhere. The water was incredibly soft for bathing and great for drinking.

We were given the wrong start time for the spa so when we got there it was closed for cleaning, so we never went. There were a lot of rules about using the pool but when we went out for dinner the pool rules seemed to get thrown out as there were so many people wearing whatever they wanted, drinking and dancing to the loud blasting music that made it impossible for us to join in.
