Except there were so many Chinese tourists being so loud and wearing hotel pajamas and indoor slippers outside of the hotel.. i like this accommodation.

The hotel was clean and smell really good! They even sell the fragrance used in the hotel. The staff are generally polite and helpful. Location of the hotel was situated very near their monorail station, and there is a nearby Donki also. Of course, just like any other city in Japan, there are 3 different convinence store that you can visit if you are hungry at late night. The room was very nicely furnished and they even provided a typical okinawan slipper for you to wear. All in all, there are nothing to complain about. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pillow is a little too flat, but this seems like an issue with most hotel in Japan.

Modern hotel in a very convenient location for exploring the rest of Okinawa. The hotel is very conveniently located for both arriving from the airport and for exploring the rest of the island by public transport as the Monorail and main bus terminal are only a few minutes away. The staff is friendly and breakfast - where they serve many local Okinawan dishes - is excellent. The hotel rooms are modern and clean.

The neighbourhood area of the hotel is pretty quiet at night. However, the main public transport options are only a 2-3 minute walk away and the main shopping/eating area of Kokusai-dori is about a 10-15 minute walk away from the hotel.

The public bath is definitely a plus! The changing area is quite crowded, but overall I have nothing to complain about. The bed is comfortable, and the most excellent is I don’t hear any sound from streets or other rooms! it is very close to monorail station, which is very convenient for travelers from/to Naha airport.

Nothing to complain. Room is not spacious but enough for 26” luggage. Not too bad.

Everything about this hotel was great. Location was a 3 minute walk right off the monorail so to/from airport (and around the city) was easy. Room was nice, clean and if you're a breakfast person the breakfast looked amazing. Little restaurant in the hotel had good coffee, bar and a limited food menu if you're feeling lazy and don't want to go out. Great place in Naha

Booking did the old bait and switch. This isn't the hotels fault but ALWAYS check your booking when you click through. The price it showed when I booked and what I paid when I clicked through was a 38% difference. Again this isn't anything against the hotel, RE-CHECK your total when you book

New facility , well cleaned room , got public bath which is the key point we booked this hotel . Is always nice to soak in hot bath after long day of driving or walking. Room size is a bit small. We have to push around the table and sofa a bit to open our luggage. The room provided some charging cables for electronics and phone. Plus it gives some free bottled water and canned tea and coffee packs. Which is nice. Walking distance to donki for late night shopping. Hotel cafe beakfast is good. Buffet style. And their cakes are surprisingly good. Which is also a surprise as many breakfast don't have sweets or dessert.

The location is good. The Family Mart, Lawson and 7-Eleven are just nearby around 1 minute walking. The parking is at Dondondonki, walking around 3 mins from/to the hotel. You can keep shopping at Dondondonki. You need to prepare umbrella for walking in case of raining in Okinawa. The breakfast is very nice with a lot of varieties and change everyday. My kids enjoyed the breakfast.

They don’t have parking for high roof car.

Counter staff has very poor command of English. Keep saying 'I don't speak English' before listening to my queries. Not helpful at all. Moreover, unable to park my rental SUV car at the hotel carpark due to height restriction. No driveway available for unloading my luggage. Need to park at their proposed carpark located about 10 minutes away by walking.

Great location near bus terminal and monorail station. Also close enough to airport that taxi was reasonable.

A little small, but comparable to other hotels in Japan. Given the great rate, it's still a very good value.

The location is super convenient. The hotel is surrounded by Lawson, Familymart, 7-11. It is just beside the bus terminal and the nomorail. I like the public path a lot. It helps to restore energy after a long-day tour.
