Well-kept modern hotel. Rooms are thoughtfully designed esp. the well-furnished bathroom. For a Japanese facility, I had no problem as all were clearly labeled and looked recent. The breakfast included many local dishes and were top notch and included many surprises (why did that “egg” seem to have a nozzle on it (you’re supposed to poke it with a toothpick but I won’t spoil the surprise for you). The desserts were great- have you tried a “croffle?” Check out the view of the city from the library.

Not much I didn’t like. Maybe the noise from passersby late at night. Larger labels (including. English) on dishes?

I liked its location, where the hotel was close to the main shopping street, Kokusai. It's also less than a 10-minute walk to the light rail station. Staff were generally quite helpful and attentive, as expected of a four-star hotel. The size of the room was decent, where we could open two large luggages comfortably. I also liked the bead pillow, and thought the bed comfortable.

We were unable to take public bus to the hotel on the day we arrived due to a marathon. We did not know, and due to translation issues our bus driver dropped us really faraway because he could not enter the area. In the end, we walked for one hour to the hotel pushing our luggages. Would have helped if the hotel could tell us in advance there was a marathon happening (since there was a bunch of marathoners staying at their property; I saw them all), and inform us in advance that the best way to get to the hotel was by light rail.

*Location was fantastic. Close to the monorail, shops, F&B, a mega bookstore, Starbucks and the marketplace. *Room was spotless, large and comfortable. Bath room felt like your own private onsen space. Good coffee bags as well as green tea bags were provided in the room. *Service was very courteous and polite.

*Corridor to the rooms were really dark and slightly eerie. * At least 1 English Tv channel would have been nice! * Would prefer pyjamas as separate top & bottom rather than one bathrobe style.

A very modern design hotel. The room facilities were really good and sufficient. The hotel staff provided excellent services throughout our stay at Naha. The location of the hotel is just a very short walk to the main Shopping district and very close to many eateries and restaurants. Will definitely stay with JR KYUSHU again if I am visiting Naga

Nothing to dislike

location was great, easy access to all the shopping and dining street. we can shop and come back and unload our shopping, have a rest and out shopping till super late at night since Donki closes at 5am.

carpark charges at Yen1500 per day even though we are guest staying in the hotel.

Comfortable beds, very clean, good Aircon, good products in the shower, strong WiFi.

The staff is very strict on rules: asked if I can stay in the lounge for a while after checkout - answer was no. View from 6th floor was not that beautiful ( upon old building ).

Great location, right near the market area, restaurants, bars, Starbucks etc… Property was very nice, hotel staff very friendly, helpful and informative.

Reception service. I don't know reception’s manager who weared floral shirt commmad to others reception person stop helping to call store massage for my reservation. At this moment, I really feel uncomfortable. They don't put customer being first.

Perfect hotel at great location near the famous shopping street. The room was larger than expect. One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.

Good breakfast but would have like more bread choices. However ok for Japan, you won't be disappointed.
