Hotel is very close to the Main Street Kokusai Dori, just a few steps reach to Donki Donki, friendly check in counter services , with various kind of breakfast, and free drinks and laundry services

Breakfast staffs are cool….

The hotel is really close to a monorail stop, only about 5 minutes (about 500m) and so made things very easy when taking the monorail from the airport. It is also close to numerous eateries just up the road. The room was quirky with a child's drawing and the beds and amenities were perfect. We loved the combination of traditional and Western breakfast and the free beer and ice cream was a welcome relief after a hard day touring.

Nothing.

We loved the amenities with our room, for example, the lounge wear, toiletries, as well as the refreshments offered during the day. We also appreciated the beer, the ice cream, and the miso shiru in the afternoons. We used the free laundry facilities too, although there was one machine which leaked a bit. The location was perfect- step outside and you are right in the middle of Kokusai Dori and all sorts of food and shopping. Finally, we are grateful to the staff for storing our luggage while we went up to Nago for three days.

The room was a bit tight

Good base for friends or families travelling in group, with a lounge open 24/7 with free drinks and snacks for hotel guests to gather and also enjoy takeaway which we got from F&B in the area.

Bed and paint finish on walls and doors seen some years but clean so ok overall.

The property is in an excellent location! Short walking distance to the market, shops, and restaurants. The complementary ice cream, beer, Awamori (Okinawan style sake), and snacks were amazing! If you plan on visiting other islands, the walk to the harbor took about 15-20 minutes.

No complaints! It was a very good value and comfortable place to stay. Staff were friendly as well.

The breakfast was amazing. The spread was sumptuous, and you get to try different okinawan dishes. The local beverages such as shiquasa juice, hibiscus juice and jasmine tea at the all-day drink bar were very refreshing. Staff was very friendly and polite. Location was very good. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

It's a pity that the hotel doesn't have parking space for those who drive.

Bisal (Mr) was an exceptional staff by extending exemplary service about restaurants, shops, neighbourhood, long term accommodation information, language translation, etc. Above all he and Yuka (Ms) both attended to every need, and answered every question with a smile and a genuine interest.

That the hotel did not have the famous and the most comfortable futon mattresses.

Perfect location. Very helpful staff. Super comfy bed and bedding. Free laundry was handy after getting soaking wet in thunderstorm 2 times a day. Coffe, water and drinks available throughout the day. Would stay here again.

All was perfect, maybe some repaint of sliding doors and wall due to natural ageing.

The location is EXCELLENT, right off kokusaidori and just a couple minutes from a Don Quixote for convenient shopping or snacks. The hotel staff were all friendly and it was a nice perk the establishment offered complimentary ice cream/soup/okinawan donuts/beverages (most available during a limited time). I especially enjoyed the yudofu soup. If I drank alcohol the free beer and okinawan alcohol would have been a huge plus. I wish I had the breakfast buffet once. On my checkout day I saw they offered taco rice.

The bathroom was a little cramped but I am used to Japanese facilities so it was not surprising. The art on the wall looked like a child's finger paint drawing of maybe a boat and some blobs of poop.

The location are great. We like the breakfast because lots of local food to try. The hotel offer the free ice cream and drink from late afternoon till evening, we love its!
