The location is great for this hotel. Close to a lot of food and dining options, and a fantastic view of the ocean and sunset. For the money, you really cannot beat the location. I also appreciated the pull out bed for the kids.

It is not so much what I did not like as what could be done to put the hotel over the top. There are some small needs in the room that would make it great, and I would not advertise as having a breakfast, when it was just croissants as the only "food" option. The room needs a broom and dustpan to sweep if you are going to be that close to the beach and sand. It also needs more hanging options for towels and other things near the bathroom. Finally, some channel options in English would have also been appreciated. Finally, the futon, while providing extra sleeping options, really is hard as a rock. Would recommend either adding some padding to it, or getting a new one.

Lovely balcony with beautiful view. Large bedroom with minifridge and kitchenette. Washer and dryer in the bedroom. Located near American Village, which has lots of restaurants, shops and bars. Also walking distance to Aeon. Free bike to use free of charge which was very appreciated and we made the most of it. Nice staff who were helping with car rentals, bus to take, taxi booking, etc...

Breakfast consisted of 3 tiny pastries and a cup of coffee. Would prefer to pay a bit more and have a more adequate breakfast but this option does not exist. Room we had was in need of redecorating with wallpaper peeling off.

The staff was very friendly. They gave me information about the things and happenings in the area I could visit. The room was spacious and every day I got treated with a nice sunset and military jets flying by. The bathroom and kitchen also looked clean, I liked the large sink and spacious shower. The hotel is close to Kadena Military airbase. American Village and the beach is within walking distance.

The room I had really needs a fresh look. The wooden furniture on the balcony is on point of falling apart (1 wooden part of the chair already cracked in 2) and the table was flaking off. Some spots in the curtains were ripped, the pillows on the couch were ripped as well. The TV controller was just too gross to touch and the bedsheets had yellow and black stains. And also here, the sheets of the pillow had several holes in it. The staff took my complaint seriously and have sent housekeeping again. The room is cleaned only once every 5 days. I had no kitchen towels to dry my dishes so I had to use bathroom towels for that. Housekeeping threw away my slippers and coffee/tea wasn't refilled. The cutting knife was blunt too. The breakfast you get here ain't special, I rather call it a snack.

The place is close to the beach n the room is big compared to the same size b&b n it is very nice to have the free laundry machine and dryer in the room.But we can hear the upstairs footsteps at night which means the sound proofing isn’t good enough from room to room.

They don’t supply the room service daily and they don’t supply the bottled water daily unless you ask the staff at the counter.Most of the staff are friendly,only one is very impatient when I asked for bottled water and actually we didn’t get the extra ones but each bottle per person a day.

Love the hosts, especially our island mom during the day! Location is great for walking everywhere and on the boardwalk. Views are great! Bed super comfortable. Love that we have courtesy umbrellas and bikes and pastries for breakfast. Amazing water pressure in the shower.

Ac vent blows on face while sleeping. Got pretty congested during stay. Spare sleeper couch had no support and was on its last day...we couldn't use it and just got super close sleep instead.

Conveniently located in the middle of Okinawa so our family could travel extensively North and South easily by bus 120 (we had no car!) etc. to many interesting places for family. Super clean and great comfortable amenities. 2 Beds of excellent quality, especially if you have back pains. Feel rested in the morning, even after long day outings the previous day. Staff changed our room from 2nd floor to 5th floor after our request, so we could enjoy better sea view!!! Staff very helpful, attentive and polite. Always someone at the entrance. Helped us call taxis, answer questions, etc. 2min walk from Araha beach! Plenty of marine leisure options and lifeguarded beach. Not too shallow to swim, super clean clear sea water and sand. 10min walk from American village with plenty of restaurants options at night. Many cats near the beach too!!! Washing machine and dryer machine were life savers after our day trips in the rain. Kitchen was convenient to cut veggies&fruits, heat milk etc which we ate together with the simple breakfast provided by the hotel 8-10am. Loved to eat breakfast privately in our room on the balcony (not in a big breakfast room like in bigger hotels). Great stunning sea view from 5th floor balcony!!!

Wish for next times to have an option with a room with 3 real beds (not 2 beds and 1 sofa-foldable-bed) Wish to have options for wider room than 24m2. (all rooms have same size). Wish for next times to have option to have room cleaning 1 or 2 times during our long 7-day+ stay. Even if we have been very careful not to bring back the sand inside the room, it was challenging to keep soil without sand under our feet.

View- amazing!!!!!!! Room- bed was soooo comfy, bathroom was perfect (I like having toilet separate). Having a washing machine and dryer was fantastic. Great having cooking facilities even though I didn't use it. So awesome to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset. The danish bread breakfast and drinks was so convenient and useful. Desk great size for working on. Location- amazing! Right in front of the beach. 2 minute walk to Araha beach and about 7 minutes walk along the boardwalk to American Village. 2 minute walk to Drug Store Mori which has everything you need for a quick shop. Easy to drive everywhere from there as a base. We will definitely be back!!!!!!!!

While everything was amazing I think it would be so much more convenient to have 2 essential things in the room: --> a broom and dustpan for sweeping as the room is not cleaned during the stay (which is fine) but is gets quite dusty due to the wind and no screen doors with the balcony door. --> an iron and ironing board Sofa pulls out to a sofa bed so sitting on it was quite uncomfortable as you could feel the metal of the bed. I just sat on the bed instead though.

View from room was awesome. Did not expect a kitchenette when I booked but, it was very helpful. Morning Breakfast was an added touch but wished we had more variety every day.

One check in staff was not willing to offer any highlights of Chatan when asked. However, 2 other staff was very informative, as we were first timers to Okinawa. No maps or directions were given or suggested. We had to stop and ask locals at bus stops for highlights of Chatan, and after all it is an Okinawan TOURIST destination. A cooler of water would have been nice at the Foyer for your guests as it was extremely HOT & HUMID or even Daily complimentary bottle water for our rooms would have been a nice gesture !!

That it had all that I was looking for in the hotel. Although I never made it down in time, the breakfast and free bikes was a bonus. The location was perfect, close to heaps of activities yet not too close with all the noise American village would make.

There was a strong smell in the room that I would oy realise after coming back to the room. However nothing a open door couldn't fix. For the price paid, a daily clean would be appreciated.

Clean room with plenty of aminities and close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and the shopping mall. The view from the room is breathtaking and the free breakfast served in the morning was delicious. The laundry machine and the drying rack were our lifesavers to make sure our swimming suites were clean and dry and the mini fridge was super helpful to keep our waters nice and cold. The staff was extremely helpful and nice too. We really appreciate the help in our last day. We needed to go back to the airport and thee kind team at the hotel not only called a taxi for us, but helped us get our stuff inside the taxi and made sure the destination was right. As non Japanese speaker this gesture meant a lot. Thank you for making my stay in Okinawa extra special!!
