The Japanese breakfast even offers Shabu-shabu! - The hotel room is perfect: It's clean, comfortable, cozy, and spacious (I love the wooden floor a lot!) - The hotel itself is surrounded by nice restaurants

- Sometimes the reception is quite understaffed, and some staff may not be able to communicate in English. - Breakfast cuts off quite early at 930am - During the weekend it might be difficult to find a nearby car parking spot (although they are free of charge) - It is stated that the hotel features a lineup of top-of-the-range machines and equipment, but the truth is it has only 4 machines.

Beautiful condo rooms. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. Big fridge and freezer, nespresso etc. Very comfy beds. Lovely friendly European male staff member at breakfast

Racism from pool staff was disappointing. Kept telling my son off despite Japanese kids doing exactly the same and not being talked to ( got to near the infinity pool edge etc). Happened more than once. The breakfast is bad for the class of the hotel. The 'western' option has an odd choice of pasta, beef stew, gnocchi etc but very poor pastries. The hot food is dried up by about an hour before breakfast finishes and looks unappealing. We gave up twice as there was a wait to get in to breakfast. Not worth paying extra for.

Very nice view of the ocean. I was impressed by the size of the room and how many baby things and toys I could rent for free. You can enjoy either western or Japanese breakfast. Staff were generally polite

Parking can be limited on weekends. The queue for the breakfast can be long and the staff didn’t shout the queue number in English so you are not sure if it’s your number. Breakfast options doesn’t change and can feel tired after a while.

The hotel is front of the beach, just need to walk couple of minutes to reach. The facilities very nice, although take into account that if you go in rainy season, to reach some parts you might need to go under the rain. They provide umbrellas and has parking. Amazing view and nice staff. The western breakfast restaurant has sea view and a terrace where you can have your meal. Room was massive a very comfortable.

the room was tidy and huge, with tatami area, kitchen, big enough for kids to run around. It was nice and comfortable. Amenities were adequate the breakfast and dinner at annex building "blue moon" was value for money been staying in a few hotels at onna area, the room offered at Kafuu was definitely the best and will rebook next time when i revisit the place

The room beds and services were amazing, one of the most comfortable beads I've slept in Japan. And I loved how central it was in Okinawa allowing us to travel and experience the island each day.

Only thing was wifi was a little spotty in our room and didn't work well in some spots.

Stuff are really friendly

I was always confused about reservation in “Hotel building”or “Condominium building” . Tried to asked in Booking.com but got no response, would you please make it clear in the reservation , please ?

Spacious resort with lots of amenities. Also has an indoor sandpit for the little ones and free cocktails and juices by the pool.

We loved how spacious the room was, and rental baby items were very helpful.

Staff were not very friendly at the front desk.
