We liked everything! It was such a good decision to book this apartment. First, the location is perfect if you want to tour the whole island. Its in the middle. A nice beach is just in front of the apartment. It has everything you need for a convenient week stay. Although unmanned, it was super easy to check in as the instructions are accurate. Communication with the host was also easy and they reply promptly. We had a super great vacation and would definitely return if ever come back to Okinawa.

This place was huge! So spacious and great to spread out. There were only three of us but it could have slept 6, with futons. The location was nice - out if Naha city and opposite the Monterey Hotel (which bordered he beach). We were on the first floor so had some ocean view but I think higher floors would be better if you want a view. There were no staff on site but it was all self contained and the instructions in the email were detailed and easy to follow. We rented a car which helped get around the island to see the sights at our own leisure, and the accomodation had free parking available beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer in our room were convenient, too. The location was close to restaurants down on the Main Street.

The room is incredibly spacious - I mean, it's massive. Even though there were only two of us, the room we reserved appeared to be able to comfortably house at least six people. The facilities were excellent and fully equipped, leaving us with nothing to complain about. What truly stood out to us, however, was the owner's exceptional kindness when it came to leaving our camera behind. They went out of their way to help us package it securely, allowing us to retrieve the camera in perfect condition.

The room was more than clean, yet we did kill a cockroach near the kitchen and there was a used, moldy bottle on the balcony.

The location is very convenient for those looking balance exploring the northern and southern sides of Okinawa. Very easy to get to by rental car, with a good amount of parking space to go around. It is surrounded by a good selection of restaurants, bars and other amenities, with convenience stores and other hotels nearby as well as a beach. The spacious rooms are perfect for medium sized groups, especially with two shower rooms available. Just be aware that this is more of a service apartment rather than a hotel.

The property exceeded my expectations. The instructions were clear and check in was smooth. The rooms were spacious and clean with lovely view of the beach. I had ample space for a family of four. They were also very responsive on messages even though it was unmanned. Parking was also spacious and convenient. Huge balcony to enjoy the beach view from our room (304)

Very spacious and comfortable could probably fit 10 if you use the floor beds. Has a decent clothes dryer and washer. 3 AC units just for the front room. Lovely stay

No smoking on the balcony is about annoying, smoking area is outside and uncovered. Small nitpick really

With the price and hotel facilities, it's the best you can find for a family (special with kids) to stay with. The laundry and dryer works perfectly when you have kids and able to wash and dry the clothes everyday. The hotel is (extremely) responsive which also help providing vacuum cleaner as it didn't come with (free) room cleaning service. We got all the necessary utilities to stay for 1 week, enough towels and tissue etc. Location is surprisingly okay if you have car. The 3-4km highway entrance can get you reach south / north easily within 40-50mins. Wifi speed - Great! Two bathrooms (one is bath tube) + Two toilets - Great! Parking Lot - Great & Spacious!

The spacious room will get the kids exciting and keep running around... Similar to comments from other folks, it's good to have a small chair in bathroom, it's good to have.

Even though there was no staff at the property, self check-in is very convenient, and everything has been well prepared that we didn't need to seek further assistance. The room is very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay there so much. The huge balcony is surprising. We like the ocean view from our room. All facilities are very new. Great shower, and we love having two toilets and shower rooms in the room which was great and very convenient for family stay.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Also provided washer and a dryer which allowed for clothes to be washed whenever necessary. No staff manning a reception but the check in info is very clear. Ample parking space as well.

One or two Insects did get into our room despite there being screen protection from the balcony. It's really not a huge problem and to be expected in summer.

Was a roomy comfortable apartment. Well appointed and comfortable with two bathrooms and toilets.close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Good balcony for watching the day go by

A broom in the room would have been nice. After 7 days going to beach with kids we had brought a fair bit of sand in with us.
