Eslead Hotel rooms are basically mini-apartments-- units feature small kitchens that are separate from the sleeping/living space. The lobby features kiosks for digital check-in, which was a fairly straightforward process. Elevators to each floor lead to separate exterior entrances to each room. Rooms are clean, bright, and sparsely decorated for a very simple and calm aesthetic. Good location close to restaurants, 7-11, and subway.

All travelers in our group were happy with the accommodations at this hotel. It is quite close to rail transportation so you can hear trains on rails from time to time; it did not disrupt our sleep or detract from our stay, but it is worth mentioning for those who may be light or sensitive sleepers.

The room ia very spacious, near to metro line, near to family mart, 7eleven, the kids loves the bath tup, a warm bath after a whole day of walking was really soothing for them. At first i didn't know that all communication was going to be done through email, i was confused, but now that i know i think it's actually great and this would be my go to hotel for the family if i go to osaka again. Thank you also to the staff for going the extra mile to deliver my luggage, because i didn't read the email, i really really appreciate it !! Will go back for sure, oh and everyrhing is just like the pictures in the web, it is that spacious !!

Family Room was very large and spacious with a nice balcony view overlooking the train station. It's location is conveniently VERY close by Tsuruhashi Station which made travelling easy. There were lots of amazing food options close by that closed late. The laundry machine included was a life saver! Check-in is straight forward at the counter.

Would have been nice to have some paper towel and cleaning sprays available since the accommodation is only cleaned every 2 days. Since there was a laundry machine, it would have been nice to have a ironing board as well. The confirmation and pre-checkin emails messages that came through from booking.com were all in Japanese. Would have been nice if it was in English.

The location was a few minutes away from the JR station and right by other metro stations. We made no contact whatsoever with staff and check-in was done on the tablet. They sent me a link prior to check in so that we did not waste time in the lobby where we just went in, scanned our QR code and got our room right away. We got the top floor surprisingly and it offered such a new view. The room itself was very spacious, much more than what we needed haha but did appreciated how clean it was. I have made 8 bookings during our time in Japan and I can say that this accommodations made it to the top 3.

The location was an amazing and affordable alternative to staying directly in the Dotonbori area. This hotel is right by the subway and several convenience stores (Family Mart, 7/11, Lawson's). The room was spacious and very clean. The large shoe cabinet at the entrance of the room was very nice. I loved using door codes instead of worrying about a key card. The self check-in experience was unusual but turned out to be pretty easy and convenient.

The check-in and check-out times are not as convenient as other places. Check-in was at 3 pm and check-out was at 10 am. The beds are also somewhat stiff and not as comfortable as other places. There also could be better/more obvious signage for the hotel.

Location is great, close to everything. It is located 3 stops away from Namba station. the check in and out process is smooth. it is contactless and just a few buttons on the screen. The room is spacious and exactly same as on bookings. it is a self serviced apartment. The hotel provided all necessary facilities for the stay including kitchen appliances and washing machine.

Nothing. It would be nice to have door opening instructions in both Japanese and English, as international travelers do not understand Japanese.

This is the most spacious room (with 4 single beds) we've stayed in Japan. It is also very convenient, in close proximity to both subway and train stations. Even when the front desk is not always attended, check-in and check-out are still very easy.

Because it is not always attended, it was a bit worrying to leave luggage in the lobby before check-in and after check-out, even when the hotel provides (basic) padlocks and chains to secure the luggage, as the PIN to enter the lobby is known to all guests.

This place was immaculate. I loved all the amenities, including the washing machine, fridge and dining table. The shower room turns into a "drier" if you decide to wash your clothes. There are a lot of great takeaway places nearby. We ordered the legendary octopus balls several times and brought them back to our room. Cheap, tasty, easy and local. The metro is around the corner and makes Osaka accessible. I can't speak of the place more highly.

the contact information provided in the lobby and in room is different. It took me quite awhile to figure out to get right contact to contact staff as the property approach contactless service. I would suggest to provide some basic cooking ingredient such as oil, salt and pepper since there’s cooking facility in room. the cooking utensils is not clean properly when I checked in. everything else is great.

Excellent location - next to metro exit. Supermarket and stores are just around the corner. High value with reasonable price. Spacious room with table and chairs, separated kitchen, etc.

1) The feather pillows are a bit too flat for us. 2) Check in info will only be provided at around 12 noon of the day of accommodation. Guest needs to pay attention to check-in info email before arrival at the apartment.
