The room was spacious and comfortable. The Osaka Castle view was really pretty at all times, really worth the traveling to the hotel. The staff were all very nice, I arrived 15 minutes earlier from the check in time but they let me into the room immediately.

The location of the hotel is quite far from the train station. Even though they have the shuttle bus service, if you are coming for the first time you wouldn't know where to wait for it. I ended up have to walk to the hotel. I hope they will inform the guest the exact location where to wait for the shuttle bus at the station.

The amazing view of the Osaka Castle, the room was a good size, the hotel overall was very modern and pleasing.

The hotel needs to explain exactly where to pick up the hotel shuttle from the train station. It's great there is a shuttle, but if they do not tell you where to find the shuttle - exactly where to wait/find the shuttle [and the hours, schedule etc] then it is worthless. We were very lucky that we accidentally saw the shuttle bus as we were dragging our luggage down the street. There was barely a sign or anything - we almost walked the wrong way.

It was such a nice room, and the breakfast (it is at a additional price) was really nice, very japanese with western influence - miso soup, rice bowl with fresh tuna and traditional toppings, bread and pastries, Nato, and so on☺️👌🏻 and both the buffet rooms and our room had a gorgeous view to the front of the Osaka castle 🤩🥰♥️ beautiful! No wonder this hotel have weddings!

We could unfortunately hear someone playing the tv all night 😅 and we should have complained so that the quest could have been notified and turned it down but we just hoped it would be turned off for our 2 night, but no. I had no problem sleeping through it but my boyfriend did have difficulties 😅 but we didn't hear a y snoring or anything else do must have been turned up really loud

Castle view room on Level 11 gave wonderful view of Osaka Castle. Very polite and attentive staff. Great value and has facilities of a much more expensive hotel. Staff found out we were going to the Castle and arranged pre-paid tickets which saved us so much time rather than queuing up at the castle. Would be a good hotel if in business in Osaka.

Mid way between 2 metro stations which required about a 10-15 minute walk to get to transport, but really a small inconvenience.

We enjoyed our stay in the KKR Hotel in Osaka. The staff were friendly and our room was cosy. We had a view out to Osaka Castle from our room. We had breakfast in the hotel, and the dining room is on the 14th floor and has a view to Osaka Castle as well, which is really spectacular. Breakfast was nice (mix between traditional and more western style) and they had a different selection of small cakes with breakfast each day. There's a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the nearest station, which was very handy and we either walked from there, or got the train or underground.

The staff was wonderful. There were enough staff speaking English that we had no difficulty communicating. The hotel has a shuttle bus that will take you up the road near a shopping mall and the train station. The view of Osaka Castle was spectacular! I'd pay four times the nightly price to get a similar view at a hotel in the States. An added bonus is that they have wedding facilities, and during my stay I was able to see a bride and groom in traditional Japanese wedding attire.

Not the hotel's fault, but Japanese beds are hard.

The Osaka castle view is the attraction of the room and the breakfast floor. The breakfast floor is on the top level of the building, so everyone can view the castle. If customer picks the castle view room, customer can enjoy the day and night view, which are both amazing. I love it so much. The castle is facing to the front of the castle, so the view is the best across all similar hotels

Breakfast food choice should be more

Clean place, clean room, hotel bus services, breakfast, superb view of Osaka castle from the room. very nice staffs.

The breakfast time was too limited (Buffet line ended at 9.00). I just didn't want to be hurry on my vacation. I had to figure out that the hotel had bus service after I dragged my luggages for a long way from the train station.

The place was clean. The view was perfect. The staff though . . they were some of the best in the hospitality business. Then there was manger. She was on point. I have never felt more cared for by a professional. She made sure the taxi driver knew where he was going before she let him close the trunk. I will never forget her.

I like the property.

All 3 rooms that we stayed were much more spacious and newer than we thought (despite older look in the front / reception area), comfortable beds. Parking was just right next to the hotel and free shuttle bus was provided. Family mart across the road at the back of the hotel. Laundry on the same floor as our rooms.

Slow responding to inquiries, a bit far from the closest station (8-10 mins walk).
