Location is great. The room ambience is really warm and bright which we enjoyed. It has everything you need. And close to Dotonbori.

The pillow was the worst pillow I've slept on in the 5 weeks I've been travelling Japan. It gave me really bad neck pain and headache for 2 days. Secondly, there was a lady working there in the foyer constantly coughing her head off. My partner and I did laundry which took about 2 hours there and she was coughing the entire time, even when stocking up the vending machine, she was coughing into the fridge. If you are a hotel you need to make it so your policy requests sick employees don't come to work or grant them sick-pay, because the people staying in your hotel have spent alot of money on their holiday plans to travel and they might bring children or the elderly, so we can't afford to get sick, even if we wear masks it's not guaranteed protection. Please take care of your staff better.

1. Location - this is near train stations, about 5mins to train station and 10mins to Dotonbori. 15 to 20min walk to Namba station depending on your pace It is easy to locate. 2. Food - Breakfast was good and filling 🙂 It had sausages, eggs, meatballs, salad, soups, milk, coffee, etc. 3. Reasonably priced - The rate is very reasonable as compared to other accommodations in Osaka. 4. Most of the guests are locals so the breakfast time and the area as a whole is quiet 🙂 Thank you, Toyoko Inn Nippombashi. 🙂

Breakfast was delicious. I liked that they asked us on the television prior to eating whether we were going to breakfast. The staff was very kind and did an amazing job. Also the room was nice and comfortable.

Nothing was wrong. I really liked my stay. Will consider in the future.

Perfect location for attending bunraku. Also close to Kuramon market and walks beside Dotonbori. Room temperature was great - I didn’t have to turn on the cooling system as at so many overheated hotels. Great breakfast too.

The location is quite accessible. Although I was not aware that there is no room service or if it costs additional fee. The room is spacious and clean.

The free breakfast was okay. But there are times that some of the food are running out and the staffs are not noticing it. Also, there were no cotton buds in the amenities.

Great location, nice room, big bed, great view since I was on a high floor as requested. Enough space to open my large suitcase (thought it will take up most of the walkway space). Nice bathroom with bath tub.

Every comfy and th location is super. Surely i will go back to toyoko inn. Very gratefull. The breakfast Very nice. Thankyou

Friendly staff, clean room, fantastic breakfast, useful facilities like washing machines and really close to everything. Highly recommend.
