The hotel itself was good, it was beautiful and clean. The staff was nice. Laundry room is open from 12:00pm (noon) to 11pm. We didn't have any trouble getting a machine. There were 2 of them. The hotel is a pretty close walk from the station but we had to walk through an open air fish market with all our bags. There is a Family Mart right around the corner from the hotel.

There are no good dinner restaurants in the area. Your choices will be a grungy Korean restaurant or a 30 minute walk to get out of Koreatown after a full day of sightseeing. We just ate dinner at FamilyMart. It is also a 25 minute commute by train or a 1 hour walk to dotonbori and the famous glico sign.

There was great places to eat all around, the staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked questions. Breakfast was great and had a variety of options that seemed to change everyday. Near the Osaka Loop Line as well which took us to most of our destinations.

They receive the luggage if you send it from another hotel but when we asked if they could then send ours to the next they were unable. There is a luggage travel place down the road though. We also had followed the cleaning door signs but didn’t get our room cleaned when requested, we were checking out a few days later so that may have been why.

I spent here about two weeks and had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and supported me with sending my luggage to the next hotel. The room was good for its size and regularly cleaned. Amenities like tea, coffee or water were provided in the room, too. Optionally you could also get other amenities at the front desk as well. Also had a nice view from my room and on the balcony with the smoking-area you also have a good view at the sunset and some skycrapers of Osaka.

The next closest train stations were Tsuruhashi or Momodani station of the Osaka loop line which were on one hand quite convenient since you could reach the main districts or famous sights of the city easily. On the other hand it took about 10-13 minutes from the hotel to walk to the stations. So it's good to consider that as well when you return from a tiring day.

We had a beautiful room, very comfortable with everything you might need. Breakfast was also amazing. Also Korea-town was nearby and had lots of amazing food

The hotel is a bit far from subway so if you're having a lot of luggage it's quite a challenge to get there through thestreets between houses. Also when we needed a taxi, the staff was a bit rude when we asked for an estimated price beforehand and also we didn't understand clearly where we should wait and when the taxi will arrive and the staff just told is to go outside when we asked these questions

The front desk was very helpful. We had our Osaka Amazing card couldn't retrieve from the website, the front desk staff Ms Nguwuantrang was very helpful to us and call the company on behalf of us and finally our problem was solved. They also assisted us to book a taxi in early morning at 4:30am. Generally the staff are polite and helpful.

The laundry room was too stuffy and no ventilation. The location is a bit far from the metro station.

It was very clean and professional and the room was nice and big. All amenities were provided. I could leave my luggage for an extra day as I was spending one night elsewhere at a minimal extra cost.

Not very close to the station. The closest train station had no escalators or elevators which made travelling with luggage difficult.

The hotel is really stunning ones you step into the reception area, looks really classily and the stag is absolutely amazing. They have a good tea collection of tea for you in your room I liked that too. Very thing was beautiful and the restaurant had a good selection of food. They also kept my bags before check-in which was really helpful.

Just a bit out in Korea Town so you have to walk about 10 mins from the station through residential streets but it’s really safe so it was ok

The room was pretty big and comfy compared to others we had been to in Japan. The staff was kind and nice, and with a decent level of English which was a plus. Overall it was a very good value for money

The microwave and laundry service was only open in the evening, which was a bit disappointing. The location is good, but still kind of far from the main point of interest, but reasonable.

Close to Tsuruhashi station, family mart right around the corner. Staff amazing and helpful, very clean.

Room wasn't as big as expected, when I booked it it stated it was 247sq deluxe room with 2x double beds, room wasn't 247sq in my personal opinion and the beds weren't doubles, I didnt ask at reception due to language barrier.

Staff was extremely friendly, there even have staff that could speak perfect English which is greatly appreciated. As the hotel in right smack in Korea town, there was many korean food options nearby. There is even a Blue Seal ice cream shop nearby which is from okinawa. It was relatively quiet and peaceful as it was near residency area.

The hotel is quite the distance away from the station, at least a 10 - 15 min walk if u are travelling with luggage.
