Nice rooms and soft bed. Very good location, just besides hosui susukino station. Area is not noisy and many convinience store and eating places nearby. Breakfast is a feast. So many foods to choose from every morning. Front desk Ms. Kobayashi was very helpful in monitoring the arrival date of my mail containing the ring of my brother which was accidentaly left in Hakodate. She gave me updates and personally gave it to me when it arrived. She also speaks good english

Few front desk staff can understand and speak english. Housekeeping does not clean the rooms everyday. They just leave clean towels and other ammenities outside the door. Check-in is not fast enough.

The hotel was in a great location. Being centrally located made it easy to get around to the winter events without needing to take public transportation. Everything we needed was within walking distance (3 min - 15 min). There are two convenience stores within a short distance (Lawson connected to the hotel, 7-11 across the street) as well as many restaurants around the area. They offer many services within the hotel, including breakfast; however I didn't try it. Room was spacious enough and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The water pressure was amazing!

I believe the bathroom wasn't cleaned before we arrived. When I went to use it for the first time, there was only 1 full roll of toilet paper (out of 2) and the other one was pretty much out already. My friend noted that there were pee stains on the toilet seat as well. When I requested for room cleaning the next day, I was told that cleaning only took place on the 3rd day of the stay, even though we were only staying for 2 days...so take that as you will when booking here. The front desk didn't inform us about room cleaning procedures/, options, but I think it would be best to do that in the future.

Hotel is located in a great location, a walking distance from anything you want to see or buy. The rooms are cleaned regularly and plenty of amenities are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shaver etc.). Laundry and microwave are in the same place and everything works fine.

It's really not a big deal but as is with all of these business like hotels, when it's a cleaning day for your room you must leave it from 10:00 till 15:00. So be ready to count that in your schedule.

Locatedright next to Hosuisusukino Subway exit. Near to Odori Park. Around the hotel itself, there are plenty of eateries, and shopping places. Also near to the fish market. Location is superb, the price is good too.

The AC is centralised to heating mode. Felt stuffy, had to open the window but then its too cold. Hard to find a balance. No fan/ humidifier provided. There is no space under the bed (unlike other 2 APA Hotels ive been in Tokyo) so your baggage already took a bit of walking space of the room.

Location was excellent, walking distance from most restaurants and bars. The room was clean and surprisingly big, but the bathroom was small. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Beware, this hotel has only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, so it might be best to do your laundry early in the morning or late at night to avoid the long queues.

Since the hotel was in a crowded location, it can be a little noisy at night.

From the facilities to the amenities; From the staffs' service down to the little instructions within the room; From the private waterfall garden to the rich carpets in the room. This hotel makes me feel the hotel genuinely cares for the customers, and does it's level best to pamper while keeping the prices low. The great location is undisputed, it is right at the exit of hosui susukino subway station, a block away from Tanuki Koji, there is even an attached kombini. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is hard even to nitpick. I wish I have more time to spend in this hotel. Why did the hotel build such a magnificent private garden but not provide a viewing area for us to appreciate it?

The location was great. Close to several train and bus stations, and many restaurants nearby. The staff were nice and accompanied very well. Easy checkout just by dropping the room key card into the machine.

Not a fan of the smoking smells on the floor (though all rooms are non- smoking), but at least the smell didn't go into the room. Breakfast was a Japanese style and not much of a variety. The taste was nice though.

Liked the location. The room was clean and well kept. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was too small. There was not even enough room to store my luggage without putting it under a desk. I barely had room to get dressed. It felt like a capsule hotel for the price of a full room. I should have booked a bigger room.

The location was a bit far from the main station, but there is an underground walk road, so it is easy to reach even the weather is not good. There is also a direct bus from the airport.

The location was a bit loud and a bit crowded, so not very practical to carry a suitcase at the busy period.

the place is tiny for a group of 3, but it's ok, the room is clean and the concierge is very helpful, although they don't speak english and had to use an app for us to communicate
