Comfortable bed, room is big, location is near to railway station, breakfast is good, love the bathroom amenities, w.c with warm heated seats and warm shower water is consistent with bathtub too.

Basically after 10pm most of the shop and restaurants are close. There are two convinent store near by.

The breakfast was lovely. The quality was not amazing but it was definitely of a good enough standard for us to eat our fill. We were very happy with the standard of service, and variety. It allowed us to have a full latomach to go and explore the area without too much fuss trying to find breakfast locations given that most places don't open until after 10am.

I have nothing to complain about as everything was great. The room size was surprisingly big and the beds very comfortable. For an older place, it was still clean and would definitely come back.

Love the good location, English speaking staff, free umbrella for loan to shelter from the snow, free good quality coffee at lobby in the morning, free coffee and tea capsules in room, complimentary bottled water, a can of coke and a glass bottle of Pierre carbonated water, L'occitane toiletries, modern design lift lobby at each floor, washer-cum dryer at 3 of the floors that auto dispsense washing liquid.

Beds are small for our grown-up children for sharing...my bad that i didnt notice that we were expected to sleep 2 on a super single bed...would expected booking.com system to be a bit more refined given that we gave the correct age of our grown up children.

This is my 2nd time staying the at this hotel for obvious reasons that it is a good place to stay overall with good location where many places are in walking distance, fantastic breakfast, and good service which they even keep the luggage for me for 1 week although I didn't return to check in hotel again.

Still many guesses breaking the hotel rules of not wearing a house/home dress or pajamas to the breakfast room and when they came in a group became a bit noisy, that’s contrary from the Japanese ways inside a dining room.

i like that the staff are corteous and the location is near everything.

We didn’t like the takeout box for breakfast the day we needed to leave early for an activity. it’s just fruits and a croissant. it would be better to get something like sausages with rice or whatever can give us energy for the whole daq walking. The buffet is good by the way. i hope that takeout boxes would be the guests preference too.

Location is great, just a 3 minute walk from the shopping streets in Susukino. The room has a great view of the streets and is considered spacious. We could open three big suitcases at the same time! Beds are really comfortable!

The refrigerator is very small. Could hardly fit a 1000ml bottle water inside. The toilet and tub is a bit old. Water in the shower is not very strong.

The location was great. Close to shopping street and all the food options. Walking distance to Odori and TV tower...Hotel provides free coffee every morning. Smooth check in with laundry and dryer facilities. But do not be misled by the movie subscription machine next to the washing machine in the laundry room.

The location of this hotel is near a bus stop that has a direct airport bus to New Chitose Airport at regular intervals like 10 - 20 mins. The breakfast spread was great with a number of unique items like organic coffee, shine muscat jelly, etc.

This hotel is not within walking distance from Sapporo JR station, especially when you have luggage in winter. Navigating through snow and ice with luggage for a 15-20 mins walk, can be a challenge.
