The Hotel is located in a very central position, in the lively Susukino district. Exit 4 of the Toho metro line is located immediately at the hotel entrance and the tram and bus stops are also very close, allowing you to really get anywhere from the hotel. The rooms are very cozy and each customer has many amenities available in the lobby, from face masks, to hair products, to straighteners and electric brushes. The staff is very welcoming, always available to respond to any question you may have. The breakfast is very rich and varied, with typical Japanese and continental foods, and is served by very welcoming and kind staff. I absouletely recomend this hotel in Sapporo!

Everything is at best as it is

It is really right outside the exit from the train station. There is a section of stairs where you have to lug up the luggage. Free amenities, such as face mask, hair pack etc available. Chargers and hair irons also available for borrowing. Easy self check in and check out.

Breakfast was good, but suggest to change up the menu a bit. Gets a bit boring after a few days. Would still prefer to stay near to susukino Station instead next time, as many train lines available from that station. I found myself walking to suskino station (7 to 8 mins walk) instead of using the station at the doorstep of the hotel.

Breakfast could be improved to suit western visitors as we are from Australia , overall I give it a 7 out of 10 for breakfast . Transport is convenient as train station right at front door using the Toho line subway train . Walking distance to Odori park , shopping street and others attraction . Location is downtown , evening is alive lots of peoples and restaurants near by . Staff are polite , helpful and friendly .

Improve breakfast / western style like , orange juice , bacon , cheese, sausage , bake bean…. Then this hotel will be perfect .

Although the rooms are small, they are well-designed and functional. We were able to stow our larger luggage under the slightly elevated bed. My son was particularly happy with the fast internet speed and the up-to-date TV that allowed us to stream YouTube directly. This is a nice touch compared to other hotels that usually offer only local TV channels. The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps away from the Hosuisusukino subway station (Toho line, exit no. 4). Self check-in was a breeze, and the staff were always available to guide and assist us. There is a restaurant located on the same floor as the hotel lobby that serves beer at a very affordable price.

Room is quite small but functional.

Location is right next to a subway stop, walking distance from the Ramen Alley and Susukino area. Very convenient! Hotel is new and very clean. I requested for connectings room for a party of four, it was granted during our check-in. Staff is polite and very helpful. A definite wonderful stay.

Washing machine - there are 3 machines available and it takes about 2 hours per cycle (wash + dryer). I hope the hotel will have stricter policy to remove clothes that were not removed immediately as there is a long queue to do laundry.

Very clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Helpful and welcoming staff. Hotel entrance is right next to the subway exit. Walking distance to restaurants, malls, Irodori Park and JR station (although that takes longer time - part of the way is underground, so it is not bad. Amenities are provided in the reception area including face wash and moisturiser. The pyjamas provided was comfortable.

The humidifier/air purifier was out of water and the filter was dusty, but the hotel staff showed me how to fill it with water and it's easy to remove and wash the filter. It's great that this equipment was provided in the room.

We booked the premium room so the size was decent with a lot of space to open our suitcases. The bed was comfortable and the room was decorated with modern Japanese design - bright and soft. The metro entrance is just in front of the hotel so you can access everywhere with the metro easily. Walking distance to Susukino shopping area. ＡA wide choice of amenities that you can pick up yourself. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The automated check-in was time-consuming. Much slower than real staff check-in. The system was not quickly responsive so you still need staff assistance...... No parking space at the hotel but with a discount to a nearby car park. The staff was poor at speaking English and they did not understand my questions so I had to figure the parking discount out myself.

This is a great little gem in the area. Loved the self check in (didn't have to talk to anyone) and the room was really cozy. It'd be tight with 2 people so for a double room would recommend just one person but doable. The bathrooms are a little small and they kind of remind me of a airplane bathroom but it still had everything you needed.

They clean your room every 3rd night even if you don't want it which isn't a big deal but they do it from 10-2pm so you might still be in the room in the morning. But generally not a big deal. Pillows weren't super comfortable.

Good location, close to attractions and shopping, all in walking distance. Staff are very helpful and most of them speak English. Breakfast is of good value. Make sure you book with the room rather than after checked in. It will save you few bucks.

I was troubled by bed bugs on my first night. Staff were very helpful, offered to clean the room again and option of changing room which I declined.

Excellent! Staff is really nice and helpful. Even though I did not request it, I was upgraded to a better room. The amenities were great, the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Coin laundry has english instructions. Susukino Station is 5 min walking distance and Sapporo Station is 20-23 minutes walking distance. The neighborhood is lively and you will not be bored even for a second.

I have no complaints :)
