The location is just great, between odori park and susukino. The fact that there is a convenience store right at the ground floor is so well... convenient. The breakfast is pretty good for the price with a decent ninety of dishes. The shared bath is nice, with a sauna too.

There's a locked storage under the bed to put your luggage but only the thinnest suitcases and bags may actually fit in. The linen kept me warm, maybe a bit too warm in fact. Taking the lift to/from the shared bath floor (at B1) was sometimes awkward as you would often stop at the first floor and/or lobby on the way.

I liked its location so much, very near to Odori Park and Odori Station, can be walking distance from Sapporo Station also. There are many restaurants and malls nearby also. The beds were more than enough for a solo traveller like and me and for a hostel, not your typical bunk beds for hostels

There is only one private shower room and the shower rooms were only located at the basement floor. Other travellers are not that confident on taking a shower publicly. On my fourth day there, the shower room drain was clogged due to a lot of hairs in the drain. Large luggages do not fit the space under the bed but the hallway is spacious so it’s okay

It was an unexpectedly excellent stay! The hotel is 2 minutes away from the train station, 4 minutes away from the limousine bus stop going to the airport and just few steps to the famous Odori Park. The room was clean and unexpectedly quiet. All guests during my stay was (I guess) been courteous enough to be quiet while inside their respective room/cabin. The shower area was great and was equipped with the necessary facilities. If in Sapporo, I would definitely be staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!

Facilities were very good, it's a professionally run establishment. The public baths were well equipped and great after a long day, with the beds being very comfortable. There was always staff available in the lobby and what little interaction I had with them was positive. Beds have a very high ceiling which makes it useful for moving about. 7/11 that is attached to the building, meaning you don't even have to go outside to access.

I'm not sure if this is standard for places like this, but it was pretty much expected that you had to totally vacate the premises between 1000 and 1500 each day, even if you had requested no cleaning which I found odd - meant that you couldn't really sleep-in without feeling like you weren't supposed to be there. Also, I feel like the storage roller doors under the beds could use a little WD40, it was guaranteed wakeup if someone on the floor decided to open one.

Fabulous location, only metres from Odori Park where the snow festival takes place. Good for shopping and restaurant areas, and right next to bus, tram and underground train stations, also less than 15 minutes' walk from the main train station. Everything was clean and comfortable and in good condition. Sleeping pods had adjustable reading lights, warm futons, tv snd the shared aisle had a small desk and room to put a small amount of luggage. Bigger luggage items could be chained to a pole at the end of the corridor. Staff were helpful and I noticed them taking extra care to explain the facilities to a guest who spoke neither Japanese nor fluent English. Breakfast was amazing for the price, full Japanese breakfast buffet plus croissants and yoghurt. Shared large baths in the basement had a sauna, hot, cool and cold baths and toiletries- on a par with expensive hotels. Great place for adults to stay for a night or two if you don't need the frills or privacy.

No dustbins in the rooms or even shared ones on the floors where beds are, so had to carry rubbish downstairs to the communal lounge. Didn't know before arriving that there were only curtains dividing the capsules from the corridor so could only communicate in whispers to avoid disturbing others.

Amenities and facilities are amazing and clean - the public bath is great, shampoo, make up recover were of good quality. Location of the property is very convenient - near to odori park and susukino. I went for the Sapporo snow festival, these two places were within short walking distance with Gardens Cabin.

This is my first capsule hotel experience, I got a deluxe capsule and it wasn’t too bad. It was pretty much a proper room with space to put my luggage bag, just that there’s no door, hence u can hear what other ppl are doing (one early morning a girl was packing loudly and hence disturbed my sleep) - they provide earplugs but i don’t usually sleep with me.

Probably the best location in Sapporo as it's within short walking distance to Odori Park and Susukino. There is a subway entrance near it and a 7-11 on the first floor. The onsen is really nice and relaxing, but keep in mind if you aren't comfortable with onsen, there is only one shower room available, so you either need to wait or use the onsen. Pajamas were available as well as other amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, hairbrush, razor, face wash, hair dryer, and straightener. If you dont require day to day cleaning of the room, you will get 500 yen back when you check out. I'd stay here again for the convenience!

I don't recommend it for light sleepers. There's no locker room so you will here a lot of noise as people use their luggage in the sleeping room. I slept fine, but I'm good at sleeping through noise. Sometimes people's phones would ring even though they are supposed to be in silent mode. Just be aware of this if you can't sleep through noise.

Right in the centre of Sapporo, this hostel is really convenient and close to many eateries and shopping. The capsule was spacious and I was able to stand up and get changed in there easily. I appreciated that you could store your luggage under the bed, rather than a separate locker somewhere. The entire hostel was clean and there were plentiful showers, toilets and sinks.

As with most hostels, you need to be really quiet in the bed area. I was surprised that on checking in at 4pm, people were already asleep so it was quite awkward to try and unpack as I didn’t want to hassle anyone.

This was surprisingly a great stay. My friend and I were just stopping over for a night before heading over to Otaru, and we really enjoyed this location. Easy walk to the central area. Had a blast!

Having a locker in our space would have been nice. There was a desk, which was useful, but would have liked a safe. Granted, I didn't ask if they had a bigger safe we could use. So, if it's important to you, ask.

Nice bath and sauna to freshen up daily and it is in the middle of odori park and susukino so really convenient especially this time during the snow festival. There is also space underneath the bed to store luggage which was big enough for my suitcase and bag, there is even space to do repacking of your luggage outside the dorm room.
