The room was clean and huge! It has nice amenities, including a kitchenette, small dining table and washer/dryer inside the room. Getting laundry done halfway through our trip was really helpful. The bathtub is nice and big. Staff were incredibly friendly. Very convenient location to shopping, restaurants and subway. The breakfast buffet was well-curated to highlight authentic, popular dishes from Sapporo using all local Hokkaido ingredients. The breakfast area was always very tidy, quiet and peaceful.

The room was a little dusty in certain parts but not too much. Still very clean.

This is one of the most perfect places to stay around Sapporo. It is a short walk away from literally everything you need- The Shopping Street, Subway station, the Sapporo Tower, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was amazing. They are very accommodating and generous. The room exceeded my expectations, coming from Tokyo standards. It has its own washing machine and microwave, spacious bed and bathroom, with complete amenities. The overall experience is a ten out of ten. Will recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to another stay in this property hopefully soon!

The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. The Lobby was very welcoming with comfortable seating and free coffee and tea. We were there for four nights in a hot summer. The air-conditioning worked well once we learned to adjust it. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean. The kitchenette, microwave and washing machine were an added bonus. There were convenience shops right next door, Tanukikoji shopping street just two minutes away as well as many restaurants, cafes and Odori subway station. We found the taxi fare to and from the main Sapporo station very reasonable, as we had a lot of luggage...no tipping in Japan makes life much simpler! The Japanese breakfast was excellent and the Continental one quite adequate too. Service was good and the dishes kept full.

The standard double room was not very large and there was not much room around the bed. However, the facilities made up for the size.

The location was amazing. It was within a 5 minute walk of lots of shopping, good restaurants, Odori Park, and Tanuki-koji Shotengai. The neighborhood is lively yet quiet. From our room on the 11th floor we never heard any street noise at all. We also never heard any other guests. The hotel and our room (Premier Room) were in very good condition and extremely clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I loved everything but it would be nice to have some bowls, large spoons, and butter knives in the kitchenette.

Internet is fast although no smart TV. Free flow unlimited Georgia coffee and ice in the lobby next to the reception was a plus point. Staffs were also very helpful, they also kept my mobile-phone when I accidentally left it at the smoking room. Hotel was 2 minutes walk to Tanukikoji shopping street and Odori Park. Taxi to Sapporo station was around JPY 1500. The building is newish and room (around 19m2) was equipped with a washing machine & dryer so it is convenient for my 2 weeks trip. The room was also equipped with small kitchenette with a stove, a sink, a microwave and an electric kettle. Limited housekeeping didn't include carpet vacuuming and making the bed but kitchen and bath amenities including towel was supplied and trash was taken out daily. Breakfast at the hotel is good enough. Enough selection of Japanese and Western foods

Exhaust fan at the bathroom didnt work. But considering my packed itinerary in Sapporo, I didnt ask for room replacement or ask staff to check. No fruit was provided at the breakfast.

The stay was exceptional, with the location next to the Tanukikoji shopping district and walkable distance to Odori Park, the underground shopping area and Nijo Market. The process for parking was very easy and accessible, great for car drivers during the winter. The staff were also attentive to our requests and needs. The room was spacious for 2 persons, with enough space for doing work or packing luggage. The facilities in the room were also what we loved, having a mini kitchen for small cooking (we didn't use it), a drinking tap and a washing machine/dryer inside.

I really liked the hotel's location, staff is very friendly and helpful and the best thing is, the room has a washing machine/dryer. I love it! I didn't think this would be an important aspect during travel but I have since changed my mind. Room size is a pretty decent size, we had two large travel luggage. If you drive, there is a pay parking area just behind the hotel.

Friendly staff, and very convenient to have washer/dryer and kitchenette in the room. Scanning the room card in the elevator auto selects the floor your room is on, which is a great feature. I like how the disposable toothbrush and toothpaste have been separated. A disposable toothbrush is placed in your room on arrival, and small tubs of toothpaste can be taken as needed near the front desk. This is a nice way to reduce waste, because the toothbrush can be used multiple times. I also like the "basic" daily room cleaning. Only rubbish is taken, and towels exchanged. This allows me to use the kitchen facilities without worrying about if we're accumulating too much trash (buying things from supermarkets can come with a lot of packaging). The hotel is quite well located, with both Odori and Susukino stations within walking distance.

There were plates and cutlery, but I wish the room would've included bowls and chopsticks as well, because they're more suitable for Japanese cuisine. Sharing things like noodles or soups is quite difficult without bowls. We worked around this by buying cup noodles and re-using the cup, and also buying disposable chopsticks.

Each room equipped with washer & dryer ,micorwave ,IH heater n kitchenware. The washer is a savior for me.The staff r very friendly and helpful.The room is very clean and all equipment is well maintained.All looks new.It is near to Odori station.about 5mins walk.Super near to Tanukikoji street(like 1min walk).

The wall actually very dusty(can see the dust as there is spotlight on the wall).Carpet also looks old n dirty(not cleaner problem,i think it just because it has been used for many yrs).the vent above the sink in the room also looks dusty.This require hotel to do a overhaul for the room.But this does not bother me much thus i still will give 10points to the hotel

Excellent location in the heart of Sapporo. Easy walking distance to everything you need. Rooms were large by Japanese standards, we were really pleased with the size. Breakfast was great. Private hotel parking is expensive ($1500 yen/24hrs) but it’s a lift lot so we could leave our snowboards and gear in the car overnight with no worries. There’s cheaper parking across the street in a public lot as well.
