I really liked the hotel's location, staff is very friendly and helpful and the best thing is, the room has a washing machine/dryer. I love it! I didn't think this would be an important aspect during travel but I have since changed my mind. Room size is a pretty decent size, we had two large travel luggage. If you drive, there is a pay parking area just behind the hotel.

Convenient location, very close to Tanukikoji and easy walking distance to Odori Park, Susukino and Nijo Market. Room was clean and decent sized but had bulky furniture that made it feel small. Our room had a portable induction stove and an additional sink at the foot of the bed, outside of the bathroom. It also had a microwave and a washing machine which was convenient as we could run it while we were out for the day and come back to clean clothes.

No Chromecast available on TV. No hooks for hanging bags/clothes. Room felt cramped due to bulky furniture and there was no room to store suitcases. Elevators were slow.

1. Best coffee of all hotels I stayed before. Freshly self-brewed coffee using coffee beans at hotel lobby. 2. Unmatched proximity to Odori Station, Tanukikoji, streetcars, and Airport Bus alighting and boarding points - all within 3 minutes walk 3. Washer and laundry detergent in a hotel room! And how the hotel managed to put one in the small room!!! However, I don't like its washing cycles and performance. Still, I got the chance to do my laundry as I always travel light. 4. Microwave which we didn't use.

1. We stayed for 7 nights. Only 1 night had full cleaning. The other 6 nights only refreshed towels and night robes - did not even make the bed. 2. The type of furry carpet in the room traps all kinds of dirt, dust and crumbs, and magnifys them and makes the room unsightly dirty. 3. Staff speak no English to barely comprehensible English. 4. It was very pricey for a hotel of this scale/class even if you considered the breakfast included. 5. Breakfast though decent and filling, is the same for 7 days, except alternating between omelette and scrambled eggs. Nevertheless, I still rate it a 8 as the likes far outweigh the dislikes!

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to Odori Park and the Tanukikoji Shopping street. Below the shopping street and park are the a number of underground shopping complexes that connect to Sapporo Station. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The washer/dryer in the room is a terrific feature.

The mini-fridge set up in the room is poorly designed. The fridge was not cold at all. I believe the primary reason is that it sits in a small closed cabinet with no ventilation. With the cabinet door closed there is no air circulation causing the space to get hot. I ended up putting a container of ice in the fridge and leaving the cabinet door open for ventilation. This solved the issue, but the hotel should address this since some travelers n carry medications that need to be kept cool.

The service in the front desk is very satisfying. The level of room cleanliness is unmatched. I personally quite like the coffee machine which I can basically enjoy it whenever I want (it's serviced between 06:30 to 23:00). Their amenities are also excellent in quality, and they are timely supplied.

AC in the room doesn't work well. Setting at 25-26 degC then you feel stuffy and a bit hot, but setting at 24 degC can get abnormally cold. The soundproof of the wall is another downside. I clearly heard the lady was vacuuming in the next room.

All rooms have a washing machine, a major advantage if you are staying several nights. TIP: For just slightly more, book a room with a kitchenette on a high floor (our room was 1003), and you get a much larger room. Free coffee in the lobby until 11:30pm was an unexpected and nice amenity! Location is perfect and so central! The main shopping street is a 3 minute walk, and the subways and streetcar are also a very easy short 3-minute walk. There are 3 convenience stores nearby, with a Family Mart just 1 building away from the hotel. Several places to eat, open till about 11pm. The major malls are on the next street.

Buffet breakfast very good, but they never change, so it gets tiresome by the 3rd day. Staff have a difficult time with English

I liked that there is a washing machine and microwave, which we can do our laundry and heat up food. I also liked that there are two armchair and a table that we can sit down and enjoy our food and have a good chat. The staff are friendly and approachable. There is free flow of coffee at the lobby area for a certain duration.

I was disappointed that the photographs of the room space featured in Booking.com looked more spacious than the actual room size. The actual room size was much smaller than in the photos. Therefore, the armchair and table although is of good use, it actually took up some space of the room.

One of the best accommodations I've stayed at, though it is more like a serviced apartment - excellent location, a few mins away from shopping street and susukino area and odori metro station - Really functional room design, they packed a lot of features into the room without it feeling too crowded - newly renovated - Has the comfort of a hotel room with practical things from a home (e.g. washing machine with dryer!! kitchenette with Induction cooker, fridge) - light switches in convenient places - plenty of power outlets and a USB charge port on each side of ther bed - pyjamas, slippers, toothbrush provided - other toiletries and teabags can be collected as required from lobby - staff were helpful and kept our luagge before check in and after check out so we could go sightseeing for the day - a purifier/humidifier was provided which was a big help - there was a trousers press iron probably for business men

- Centralised heating really stuffy and drying so we had to use the aircon cool function -Had to use humidifier (luckily one was provided in the room) to avoid skin drying up - pillow was a bit weird (had some beans at the bottom, maybe for neck support)

Best location - close from Odori/Susukino subway station, bus stop, airport limusine, department stores, convenience store, TV tower, Odori park, just anything you would want. Friendly staff - helpful, informative, quick. Free coffee at the lobby every day. Great view - in my room on the 13th floor we could see the tv tower & nice view of the city. Clean & warm & quiet room There’s nothing more I can ask to a hotel. It is just the best you can get especially for this price, highly highly recommend

Clean and well run hotel right in the fun of Sapporo. Very close to shopping and dozens of places to eat - the area was safe and easy to navigate. The room was really well appointed and being able to do our laundry in the room was a bonus! Staff were helpful and you can store luggage if check in is not ready. Close to the main station either at street level or via the underground walkways, good for those very chilly days.
