We booked this hotel due to the large bedroom space (we booked the premier room), and it was definitely worth it! The hotel wasn't too far to travel to from central Sapporo ( quick subway ride and a quick walk!). The amenities was clean and of good size. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Sapporo again!

No pajamas in our room :( Perhaps we had to ask front desk (we didn't ask) - but would have expected this to be in our rooms automatically based on the room type we booked. Wish there was laundry facilities in the hotel or nearby. The hotel only offer drycleaning but that's a bit costly.

Clean, comfortable, large room with king single twin beds, table, chairs and a couch. Convenient for public transport i.e. trams and trains, and local food stores only a few minutes walk away. Hotel room rates were very reasonable given the facilities and size of room. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Nothing really. Pillows were a little hard and uncomfortable but staff were happy to bring more.

We had 2 rooms, upgraded to a double and a large twin. Twin room was very spacious, and the double room was also spacious (by Japanese standards). Both rooms were very clean and comfortable. Twin room had a large sofa bed. The desk/counter area in both rooms was big enough for 2 people to work; also the 2nd chair/table was also possible to use to work on the computer (both rooms). Not far from the subway. Valet parking for 1500/day.

Breakfast was very expensive (2800 yen/person) so we didn't try it. Didn't try the other restaurants. Convenience stores are nearby.

Is not easy to find a hotel to accommodate 3 children in a room. I'm glad I found Sappoto Excel Hotel Tokyu. It is very clean, the price is affordable, we have all the facilities we need. The staff are very friendly. The nearby Nakajima park is beautiful. We love this hotel. Our children room can see Sapporo tv Station tower.

The breakfast is expensive Should provide walking direction from subway. We follow Google Map and took longer way with heavy luggage and slippery roads in winter. Should tell guest about the shuttle bus to Sapporo station. We didn't see the signboard until the 3rd day.

The staff at reception was also very welcoming and explained everything in a concise manner. The room was amazing (we booked a "view" room and then were given an upgrade as all those were full) with a beautiful view of the city and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was extensive, with a wonderful variety of food and helpful staff to answer questions and keep everything sanitary. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance of Susukino, Odori Park, and other such places.

The air conditioner only blew on one side of the room, so it took a long time for the far side (where the beds were) to cool off at all.

the room size is huge, theres a shuttle bus to sapporo station. making our transport more convenient especially during winter with heavy snow. price is reasonable and definitely will stay again. theres a beautiful nakajima park near the hotel, can take VERY nice photos there as well.

the hotel is a bit far during winter period. however its still doable.

The location is actually quite good, right next to a Lawson and Seicomart for any late night snacks or drinks. The station is a 5 min walk and many restaurants and food spots are anywhere from 10 - 20 mins walk away.

Does not have laundry facilities. We had two rooms, both rooms did not have working air conditioning, not sure if they were turned off intentionally but yeah.

Hotel was nice and location was good. 5 minutes walk to the nearest station. Room was spacious and bigger than a standard room you would find in Tokyo or Osaka. Many convenience stores nearby. Some options for food around the corner. Would stay again. Price was good at the time we booked.

Would be good if they had 'public hot water bath' inside the hotel' especially in winter.

Although not very near the train station, it's within the susukino entertainment district which has many restaurants etc. The sleepwear provided was very comfortable too. There's also a shuttle bus to Sapporo station at almost every daylight hour.

If only the shuttle bus runs till late and that the hotel has coin laundry
