Onsen was spectacular, personal onsen in my room was great. Breakfast and dinner are good. The gift shop and bakery are great too.

This property does not list the top floor rooms on booking.com, and I found that out the hard way. The listings are confusing, several different room listings with different names have the same photo. The hotel's official website doesn't let you book the top floor rooms either. I was luck one such room was available when I arrived, so I just ate the cost difference.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. It was a little bit old, but the room was warm, large, and had an excellent view. The hotel staff will make the futon beds for you and the futon beds are very comfortable here. The onsen facilities are nice, as well as the outdoor foot bath. Theres also plenty to do here. I regret not bringing my swimmers, because they have a pool here. There are even karaoke rooms you can rent. Great location, and plenty of variety at breakfast as well.

Great location, and the onsen was amazing. I loved the variety of baths. The outdoor bath has a good view of the mountains. I loved the shampoo bar because there were a lot of options! I also enjoyed the Birch Terrace foot bath. The breakfast had a lot of great options, and I got a beautiful seat by the window. I didn’t go to the restaurant or lounge, but they looked like a lot of fun.

These weren’t a problem, but something so consider when booking. The beds in the twin rooms at least are fairly hard, so I would want to try the Japanese style rooms. The rooms are a little dated - I couldn’t see a usb plug to charge my devices like a lot of other hotels have. The breakfast hour ends very early, probably because checkout is at 10, not 11. Breakfast can also get very crowded because it is buffet style.

Good and relaxing Onsen facilities. Free dessert wine and morning sake in the lobby during our stay was a warm touch especially in the winter. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Food taste in buffet was not very good although the expansive selection was excellent. Restaurant staff were very friendly. The futon in Japanese room futons were very flat. After sleeping one night we all got very bad back aches. The staff (housekeeper and front desk) were very helpful and accommodating to double up the futons which helped.

Everything about this hotel is great. We enjoyed the onsen which has an open air hot spring pool and other pools. The buffet breakfast and dinner were wonderful with lots of options and were delicious. The location is walking distance to the parks and water-bath garden. The park was illuminated at night during this autumn. So beautiful! Well worth the money and highly recommended.

Nothing.

free shuttle service from Sapporo station. a big plus for us because we were not driving in winter. hotel is just 100m from the shrine light festival and surprisingly hotel gave us a free ticket for the festival. buffet breakfast and dinner had an insane spread! outdoor onsen is great when it’s -8 degrees outside!!

everything was perfect!

Food was way better than expected. We had experience before with a different hotel same buffet style and food quality was pretty poor. Instead Milione Hotel has good quality, sushi was very good and so it was the grab. Family room was big for 4 people and we had enough space. Onsen were good too

Onsen had chlorine tablets in it, I’m not sure if it’s normal for onsen water.
