I already said everything I liked about this hotel in my first review when I stayed one night 12 days before. I started and finished my Hokkaido trip here and it was very clean, conveniently located, easy to walk everywhere once checked in, very cheap when I stayed there & the room & bathroom were huge compared to most other hotels. I stayed in 4 hotels in 2 weeks & the shower/bathtub and this hotel’s bathroom was probably the best one compared to the others and my other hotels were 5 to 7 times more expensive in Niseko. From New Chitose Sapporo airport, it was easy to get here with my huge suitcase filled with ski gear. Only 3 stops from JR Sapporo Station on the subway and only several minutes walk from the subway station. I didn’t know it snowed such a huge amount of snow after midnight and 7 am as it wasn’t snowing when I got back late & it was sunny with blue skies when I got up at 7 so it was a surprise when I had to drag my suitcase thru deep snow to the subway station but it wasn’t too bad.

I’m pretty sure that I didn’t get the room I booked but didn’t say anything because it was fine. The pictures I saw when I booked the room showed a stand-alone bathtub & I got a room with a regular against the wall tub. If I had been staying longer, I’d have asked about the discrepancy. Not a big deal but the pictures were wrong.

Quiet neighborhood you will have very good night sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. They even help me to keep my mobile phone which l left at the room until my next visit. Thank you! Lawson and Seicomart just opposite the hotel which added many points. Definitely my first choice hotel when l back to Sapporo. Thanks for free upgrades of the room from booking.com, we got a very big room for 2 person stay. This is the biggest room we stay in Japan.

Location a bit far from famous spot hence it is A bit hard to walk around outside the hotel during winter to subway station, to and from airport bus station. I believe others season is ok and good to stay. The bath room rack should change? Otherwise, it is not enough to put 3 bottles as photo shown:)

The room was big for family of 3 with 3 beds. Short walking distance to train station. Convenient as there's a lawson just opposite the hotel. Shower was strong and water heater was good. Really value for money. Staff was very helpful. Walking distance to a bus station that can bring you bk to New Chitose Airport.

My room bidet could flush but I couldn't use the wash function after you've taken a dump. The bed was nice but it was very hard for my liking. Didn't have a good rest. No other complaints but I felt that for that price is was quite impressive.

Hollywood-style twin room was extremely spacious! The room was very well maintained and included a wardrobe and a separate bathroom and toilet. The lighting options were nice and there was a lot of table space which would be nice to study/work. The bathroom included a lot of sink space and had a bathtub. I liked the frosted glass they had! Toilet room was nice and clean :) The hotel itself is quite beautiful and is interesting to look at!

There was nowhere to get water dispensed, only ice! A little bit on the expensive side for Sapporo hotels. Otherwise, little to no complaints! It was a lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and multilingual!

The room is very spacious with big bathroom ans bathtub plus the dressing table. I love it.

We went to other quintessa on the first day dragging our luggages on the snow and ice ground and I just knew there were 3 quintenssa in sapporo. My advice is just take a cab from train station or susukino airport limousine stop. Dont try to walk to the hotel. Trust me!! Hahahha.. it took us almost 1 hour to find the hotel with the luggages! The location was far from city and nothing (no restaurant) was around the area. The walk to the nearest station took us around 10-15 minutes in the winter icy ground without luggages.

The room was fabulous, especially for the room rate. Three king size singles, a powder room and enormous bathroom were all a pleasant surprise. It was easy to get to the Sapporo Trains (ST) and streetcar, and only 2 stops to the centre.

The pillows weren't great, but they provided additional pillows when requested. We also couldn't figure out how to get English TV. We prepaid for breakfast, which was ok, but they really need a bigger toaster - or more toasters. We also missed breakfast one morning because, even though it's available until 10, you can't go in after 9:30.

I only stayed one night before a long ski trip to Niseko and arrived late at night and it was easy to get to from Sapporo airport. Only 3 stops on the subway from Sapporo Station and I easily found many many food options within a 10 minute walk after 10:30 pm on a weeknight. I went to Ramen Yokucho street but there was a better ramen shop even closer with Hokkaido ramen. The room was huge & clean and the bathroom too. Big bathroom with separate shower and bed. Very nice. There was also a 2-person sofa. I actually wished I had more time to stay in this room. But skiing was my priority. I’ll be staying there again after my ski trip. The room rate I got was probably 8X less expensive than my Niseko hotels.

I don’t like being on the 2nd floor ever. I asked to be on a higher floor but didn’t get it. That was my only disappointment. I live on the top floor in Kyōto and did in Kōbe and my Niseko hotels are also top floors with amazing views. It’s corona time and hotels aren’t full. Just give me a top floor room of the same size. Not looking for an upgrade. The next reservation is for a higher grade room so let’s see how that goes.

The rooms were very generous in sizes and suited our family. Very clean and comfortable. Loved having the lobby and tables and chairs to chill in while having a coffee from the convenient stores across the road.

The rooms were very warm and stuffy but once we advised reception they adjusted the room temp and then it became more comfortable. The pillows were very low and soft so asked for more pillows helped.

the room and toilet is really spacious for 3pax! parking is very convenient and pre-reserved for hotel guest. check in/check out processes are quick and smooth. location is very good, walking distance to alot of good food places and city centre!

not very big issue, but the centralised aircon may feel a little warm despite adjusting the temperature. and there’s only one pillow which is really flat and soft.

The breakfast buffet was very good. This was very helpful for family with little kids. I also liked the location. It was walking distance to both subway and city train stations. And walking distance from Susukino which is a popular dining and dining area. Oh, I have to point out that there are two convenient stores right in front of the hotel, too!

I didn't have anything particular that I didn't like.
