This hotel is the perfect spot to enjoy a winter wonderland! The park Nakajimabehind park behind it is a destination on its own and playing in the snow each day made this trip the most memorable for our family. We booked a family room and was surprised that our room was actually two rooms and one bathroom, the toiletries were spa level, and the bed was firm but comfortable, the view was amazing, and the staff were the friendliest people ever! The breakfast each morning had us full most the day with juices, meats, fruits, soups breads and pastries it was a feast each day. In the afternoon from 12-7 there is a free drink bar (including wine) in the lounge and in the evening from 5-7 there is free broth soup and a pianist playing relaxing jaz style music for guests yo enjoy. The free snow you rentals were a hit with the kids who enjoyed sledding down the hills at the park directly behind the hotel. Also the subway line took us right to the park entrance and was a very short walk to the hotel.

No laundry facilities, but you can pay to have your clothes washed. No dryer either for wet snowy clothes so we had yo use a blow dryer and hand things up on the bathtub line in the bathroom.

It was so lovely to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening looking out of the gorgeous hotel window at the beautiful snow. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and in particular the pianist played the most beautiful music for us while we relaxed and enjoyed our drinks. The hotel also had easy access to the convenient metro station. The service was excellent with staff very attentive. Our room was spacious and clean. Will stay again!

The hotel has a large welcoming lobby with a view of Nakajima Park. The location could not be better as it is located near the subway and easy walking distance to the main tourist areas of Sapporo. It is close to the above ground circle trolley line as well. The staff were very friendly and helped us plan our stay.

I stayed in two seperate occasions within a week so will let this review count for both. Beautiful location overlooking a wonderful park, close to the action of Susukino but far away enough to feel quiet and safe. Very close to convenience stores, laundry and subway. Staff here were the best, very polite and friendly, they helped me a lot with various needs such as booking Yamato. Other guests here were nice too, it’s rare to make new friends in Hotels but I did here 😊 Really enjoyed both my stays here and would happily return.

Rooms and facilities slightly dated, carpets old but still good value for money.

Minor nitpick but curtains didn't completely block the light in the morning

Breakfast was a highlight! Really delicious! I enjoyed very much also an atmosphere: the staff was trying to make the best breakfast for you, was very kind and friendly. The location is just great: a very nice park is right next to the hotel. Very calm place and still very close to all restaurants and shops.

As for the bath stuff would be great to have also body lotion.

temperature in room was too warm for my taste, and adjusting thermostat setting did not reduce room temperature (but front desk provided a fan, which helped)

A very comfy and spacious room, sadly we didn't get the view of Nakajima park from our room but the view of the Odori Park is not bad at all. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is amazing u must get breakfast at least once if you stay at this hotel. The Breakfast is semi-buffet style, so they will serve u one main course and you can stroll around to pick their buffet item which include fresh pastry, salmon and hams, drinks and wine and deserts

Nothing, but maybe the front desk staff can note us that we need to wear shoes to go to the breakfast area

Short walk from Susukino. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Close to a nice park. Bed and bathroom were clean. Overall not costly at all for a clean bed and bathroom in a relatively practical location.

This seems like it was once a really nice upscale hotel that has just kind of been left to itself for too long. Could go for a nice makeover. Such a big hotel could spare some room to offer laundry service to its clients.

Property is near to subway station and with basement parking available. We can easily go susukino for late night drinks on subway or walk and yet drive out to explore Sapporo in the day. Breakfast is great and drinks is easily available till 7pm.

Room is a little small.
