About 10 minutes walk from JR Station. Female dorm in 3F, no lift. 20 beds in Female dorm. 3 toilets and 2 showers in 3F. Clean and comfortable bed. With free towel and toothbrush.

It was a really comfortable place to stay at. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The aircon was strong so the capsule beds weren't stuffy at all. Staff were nice and friendly. Toilets, showers and wash area were clean. All amenities were provided (slippers, towels, hair ties, tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner, cotton wipes, face wash). The location was decent. I'm usually picky but I would happily stay here again.

In the female dorm, there are only 2 showers so if you want to shower at peak hour you might need to use the showers in the mixed dorm or wait 10 minutes. Smells from the restaurant waft up to the 2nd and 3rd floor so the dorms also have a subtle smell of cooked spices. But it's subtle enough that it becomes unnoticeable after a minute.

I booked for the wrong date but the staff was able to correct me very well and they gave me a voucher for free drinks. My stay this time was very impressive. I am like a member of the family of Ten To Ten Hostel. And I have given food from Thailand to the staff and other guests. And they really like it. I feel very good that they like Thai food. I would like to thank Yuki and Kevin and the other staff for helping and taking care of me warmly. The day I lost my debit card I didn't have any way to buy a train ticket to the airport but Yuki came to work and asked me if everything was going well. I'll be honest, not much. Then Yuki helped me by supporting the train so I could get to the airport on time. I felt flattered and happy at the same time that someone helped me. His contribution this time I will never forget. And I sent them a little gift from Thailand and I hope they like it. This visit to Japan I have very wonderful and impressive memories. Thank you Japan. Excellent hostel! I had never been on a hostel before so I was a little nervous about shared rooms and bathrooms but Ten To Ten was a great experience. All areas are very clean and organized. Bedding is very comfortable, slept like a baby. Staff is super nice. Great experience overall, would recommend it.

My only complaint would be that there is very small space to fit everyone’s suitcases. There were a lot of guests during my stay and the suitcase area was a bit of a mess.

The location is good, close to the Sapporo JR station (Walking within 10 minutes). The staffs are nice and friendly. They would even serve you a welcome drink after checking in! The room and shower room are clean. It’s definitely a great choice for visitors who don’t want to spend to much money or has limited budget. *You can also keep your luggages before check in/after check out in the public luggage place.

The soundproof is not that good. But it’s a hostel man, shouldn’t be a problem since you already knew it when booking the room.

The location of the hostel is great, just 5 minutes from the train station. The room itself is very spacious and clean. Everyone in the dormitory has their own compartment, which is nice, clean and cosy. Lockers in the room are also available. The bathroom is well equipped with things like shampoo, soap, cotton buds, even tooth brushes, at no extra cost.

Before checking in at 4pm, the luggage area is located right next to the outside door, so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my backpack there and carried it with me until checking in.

Great location, less than a 10 minute walk from the JR station. Staff were very welcoming and offered to carry my luggage up the stairs as there is no lift. The girls’ dorm was clean and quiet, despite being nearly fully occupied due to the Snow Festival.

Even though it was the middle of winter they had the heating on a touch too high, great for people who get cold very easily but it was a bit uncomfortable for me. Very insignificant problem however, everything else I was pleased with!

The hostel is very well situated, not too far from the station but in a quiet location. The staff is very nice. I enjoyed talking to the other travelers staying at the hostel while eating a delicous curry. And they sell some craft beer.

The lack of space for luggage storage and elevator makes it incovenient with heavy and big luggage. There is no problem with small suitcases are bags.

The bed was amazingly comfortable! The shower facilities were great, and the location was close to the train station. It was also nice to be able to do online check-in.

The area felt just slightly shady, and in addition to that, the doors were completely open. There was no lock or anything, so anyone could walk in which I think was a big minus for safety. Also there seemed to be people almost living there or staying for a very long time which increased the shadyness. Also there is not a lounge or anything, so I wouldn’t stay here for longer time.

Everything was beyond my expectations. The stuff, the rooms, the space, the restaurant, Wi-Fi. We were also offered welcome drinks 9 much needed). Every essential we need was provided. Its located very close to the JR station. And very quiet Neiborhood.

I couldn't think of anything I didn't like about the hostel and during my stay. Probably the stairs we had to walk to 2F with our luggage (Only mention).
