Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and the place was convenient. Has a station nearby but is only a 15 Min walk from the Sendai Station. Good restaurants and bars nearby. So definitely a place I would stay again.

I don't know if it was in the Hotel description but sadly you have to leave the Hotel or the capsule around 10 am to 2 pm so they can clean everything. But at least you can let your belongings inside your locker.

I liked the simple design of the hotel and that it was exactly as expected. I appreciated that I had access to a personal locker to store my things, and the complimentary bag with slippers, toothbrush and bath towels given each day was an added bonus. I’d also like to thank the staff for their kindness in holding onto an apple battery pack is left on the capsule bed when I headed out in the morning during one of the days I was staying there. They were always very kind and friendly too no matter who was on shift.

This isn’t a knock against the hotel itself, but as it’s a capsule style accommodation I had to deal with other guests extremely loud snoring every night. I wasn’t able to sleep more than 4-5 hours and had to use headphones to help me fall asleep. It’s to be expected, but it made getting some rest more difficult than it needed to be. Also on more than one occasion some guests were freely talking although it was noted during check in to be quiet and considerate of other guests. I do have to say well done to the staff member though, as she came into the accommodation to tell one guest not to use his phone, after which he promptly stopped.

Located in city center, near to subway, JR sendai station, even highway bus stop. The facility (personal pod and sharing facility) is very clean. You get a mesh bag containing tooth brush, bath towel, face towel, pajama, even your own bath mat in your locker. Because everyone is responsible of their own bath mat, the shower room is dry and clean. When I found someone mistakenly used my pod, I told the receptionist, and they immediately gave me a substitute pod.

There is no lounge. Since you should refrain from eating and drinking inside the room, the lack of shared lounge is a little bit inconvenient. Well, they provide a bench in front of the reception, but i think it's awkward to sit there.

Was a great cheap stay right in Sendai close to all the shopping areas, restaurants and Sendai station. Rooms felt like space shuttles which had a cool charm to them. Lots of showers, sinks and toilets.

Checking back in and out every day was a bit of a pain but you get used to it after a couple of days as all you have to do is give them your key and then pick it back up again after check in opens again. Pillows were pretty hard but other than that I can’t complain as the price was very cheap

This is a great capsule hotel for anyone who wants to experience the capsule style for the first time or multiple times. The hotel is 10-12 minutes walk from Sendai station and there is a 7-11 right next to it for you to grab anything you might need. The staff was very kind and helped answer any questions I had when I arrived. There are two keys given to you; one for the floor your on (men’s or women’s floor) and one for your locker. Inside the locker you will be given a tote bag, two towels, slippers, pajamas robe, and a toothbrush. **The keys must be given to the front desk to hold to every time you leave to ensure safety and security. The capsule itself is a great size and very spacious. There is an outlet for charging devices and a light with a dimmer feature as well which is very nice.

The sliding curtain for the capsule bed is very difficult to keep in place. Also the capsule can be a bit loud every time someone open and closed their curtain or moves around. But definitely not terrible.

1) Very close to the train station and the shopping district without being noisy 2) Very clean, and the restrooms and shower rooms were quite comfortable 3) You get your own locker with a key

1) No plug that worked with my adapter inside the capsule itself. There were two holes, which I believe to be micro-USB and Lightning, but neither suited me. This caused some discomfort as I was unable to recharge my phone inside my capsule, which obviously meant I had to recharge it elsewhere before going to bed, rather than at night 2) Checking out and in again for every night you stay is a bit of a nuisance, but the real flaw was point 1)

Capsule very comfortable, very clean, good and generous amenities, system of the bags outside the room quite good because it avoids a lot of noise. Good location near the main attractions and restaurants opened until late at night. Friendly staff.

No living room or lounge, you cannot use the hostel between 10am and 4pm and cannot leave any of your belongings on the bed so it’s rather uncomfortable, lights are turned on non stop in the unoccupied capsules this is useless and such an ecological disaster! Location a little far from the station.

the location was really good with a lot of shops and restaurants closer, the personal was good too, unlike others 9h they give you a robe instead of a pijama so that was cool.

less technology than other 9h, they give you 2 keys instead of a card key, the hotel doesn’t have work space or common area, I had to have dinner in front of the reception desk, and I saw a girl doing her make up there as well. the pods were to noisy every time I moved they creaked a lot.

It was a comfortable bed (capsule) and very friendly staff who tried their best to communicate in English. It was very clean and the beds, towels and other amenities were cleaned and washed daily. You get a toothbrush (and paste), slippers, loungewear, shampoo, soap and towels included. Really great value for money. It's about a 20-minute walk to Sendai station through the indoor shopping street: an amazing walk!

The sleeping room and the locker were divided making the sleeping room really quiet. The locker was bug enough and the facilities were clean. Everyone got their pyjamas, slippers, towel, toothbrush. The staff was so nice. Wi-Fi was not working and after telling the staff they restarted the router. They explained everything so nice. For the price the best deal.

The mattress and pillow were really hard. Also inly 1 plug in each capsule. I missed some common room.
