I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was exceptionally cozy and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. Additionally, the public areas were inviting and perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or a bite to eat. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, amazing staff, breakfast included. A great ski storage room and separate drying room. Both well kitted out to help you dry things and fix/wax ski’s/ snowboards. Comfortable recreation room with fireplace, massage chair and free tea coffee and hot chocolate!

The pillows! That is all! Everything else was perfect!! Oh and someone stole my daughter’s ski goggles!! But that is not the lodges responsibility… there will always be shady tourists unfortunately. The kind staff offered up their personal goggles for her to use for the day as it was snowing hard.

The perfect spot to stay in Furano. A quick walk to the ski area (though unfortunately uphill - be careful of ice!), comfortable room, communal lounge area to meet other people, great breakfast, really nice staff.

I liked everything about the accommodation, however upper Furano is limited in restaurants and shops for food. Restaurants book out ahead of time, and it's a long walk down the hill to any convenience store (and then back up). But after coming from Niseko I loved the laid back, welcoming feel of Furano.

Everything we needed with thought put into every detail. Homely feel with friendly staff. Breakfast delicious and filling. Common area welcoming with a lit fire, massage chairs and hot drinks perfect for warming up after skiing. Only a couple minutes walk to ski field ticket office and bus stop. Ski storage and drying room. Loved the slippers for using inside. Spacious room with large hanging rack, fridge and room under beds for suitcases. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Location was great, peaceful enviroment. Didn't had the chance to try out the breakfast however, as we wanted something other than the usual hotel breakfast. But looking back, it was a regret that we skipped breakfast at the hotel since it looked pretty good :c Hotel staff is very friendly too and understands little english which is a plus ! When we came to check in, 3 lovely cats came to greet us !

Not a big deal but we wished there were ironing board to use

It was very clean. The wood stove was cozy and warm. The breakfast was delicious. The parking was very close. It was about a 5 min walk to the ski lift. The shower was nice and hot. The room had adjustable temperature. There is a nice ski tuning area with an iron and bench. The hosts are very nice and accommodating and can easily communicated with English speakers.

The bed is too firm.

Location is good. Very quiet area. Friendly staff. Parking available. Breakfast was provided and it had a good spread (set menu).

We didn't get our request to be close to one another. There is no elevator at this location so be prepared to carry your luggage if you are no located at L1. The staff did help with carrying into your room on arrival but when you leave, you probably need to settle the luggage yourself.

Simple but good breakfast, short walk to ski field, and several eateries in the neighbourhood. Good drying and ski storage rooms, even a bench and tools for wax and tuning. Spacious lounge always has a fire going... Great space to chill out after a day on the snow.

Cozy lodging with an at-home feeling. We all enlisted sitting by the fire and the inexpensive beer in vending machine to finish off a long day of skiing. It's a very quite place, and so close to the ski hill. You can slide right to the back door where there is a huge ski room and large drying room for boots, goggles, gloves and all outer wear. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
