Both single room and twin room were spacious than we thought. They were clean and comfortable to stay. We liked the provision of both bathtub and shower (Japanese style) which was safe for our elderly. Parking was just next to the hotel with food shops, convenient stores and health & beauty shop about 100 meter away, very convenient.

The alley to the hotel was somewhat hard to identify for people to approach by night time. A bigger and brighter sign would help.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most spoke some English , so that was helpful. The breakfast every morning was always good and hot. The location to the train station was great. Just a very short walk. Which was very important to me. For health reasons, I am unable to walk very far.

The rooms were always clean, but they are small. The bathroom had a separate door for the toilet and separate door for the shower. There also one large door to close off the whole bathroom. We would use the large door because the toilet area was so small. The beds are also a little hard for my taste but I like a little softer bed.

Bed mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean. Although the hotel is located in front of the train station, we could get to see the beautiful mt.Fuji from the room.

There’s train station behind the hotel so if you get the room is facing to that side you’d hear the train. But if you close the window fully it won’t be that bad.

Double Room was quite small for 2 Adults. only had x1 plug socket so could not charge x2 phones & other smartwatches. only 2 slot socket so the 3 prong travel adaptor we could not use. Room ammenities was only set for x1 person Re: slippers, toothbrush etc.

Easy parking, spacious room, comfortable latex pillows, good mixed Japanese and western breakfast, kids friendly (free toys to take), very helpful staff, convenient location

For the price, breakfast was simple but adequate. But you need to go early as this hotel is frequently by business travellers. The receptionist kindly showed me where the hotel parking lot was in the cold. Much appreciated.

Short walk to Shimizu market and port. Live up to the quality of MyStays Hotels. Had problems with my credit card payment. Staff went extra mile by contacting their HQ for online transfer arrangements. Super comfortable beds.

Super close to the station so it was super practical. The view was amazing, we could see Mt. Fuji and the docks. the breakfast had English and Japanese options. great staff, the spoke English and the room was super clean. We loved the experience.

Service is nice, and the room is quite big in Japan. Also, the bathroom is great view as well.

The laundry room’s washers and dryers only have two for each, I need to wait for long time for it.

Good and plentiful breakfast. Good location (near to the Shimizu station). Excellent value for money. Clean room. Pajamas are provided. Only wish that more tea-bags were provided in the room (there were only two).
