clean, good location and very friendly. bike rental in the house. and also a little supermarket at the entrance of the hotel.

if you expect a sumptuous "western" breakfast, don't do it. If you can't eat Japanese dishes for breakfast don't do it. For me it was a pleasant breakfast experience - nice, not to high quality food, but very edible, rich in variations of Japanese food. A "western" breakfast was a spongy bread roll and a dry croissant option and sugary jam. as so often juice was out of a dispenser and sugary as well as coffee from the dispenser. long waiting lines for coffee. all in all a great hotel experience, I would always do it again.

Location is very accessible, room size and twin beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet had Japanese as well as western food.

There isn't an on-site car park, the recommended car park was one or two streets, away. Our rental car was from Toyota-rent-a-car just opposite the hotel, and they allowed us to park there thankfully. There was some communication problems as the staff at check-in cannot speak English. Have a google translate app on your phone! Some of the toilet/bath amenities are placed on the reception counter, you can pick them up, but under the watchful eyes of the staff!

Location is amazing, just a 3-4 mins walk from Shizuoka station (south exit). Room was SO spacious. Can open two large luggage and still has room to walk around. Room and toilet were clean and comfortable. 7-11 is just downstairs, although this side of the station doesn't have a lot of restaurants and shops but the other side of the station is only a 10 mins walk. Strongly recommend and will stay here again!

Location was TOP and staff were super friendly. Would stay there again, for sure.

There were no nonsmoking rooms available, so the room smelled a little bit. Cooling system was strong but hard to handle if you don’t know Japanese. But none of this I consider the fault of the hotel. It was our choice.

Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but the location is conveniently located atop a 7-11. The Shizuoka JR station is about 5 minutes away by foot. Plenty of local eateries within a 15 minutes casual stroll.

Bathroom had a slight old linens/mildew smell. Think laundry that hasn't been properly dried, but was otherwise very clean.

The room was great and larger than average for Japan, especially at the price point. Included breakfast was varied and delicious. Buffet style. The staff was very helpful when I had a problem with my luggage.

The elevator always stops on the 2nd floor no matter what. It's not a major complaint, but I've seen much better handling of elevators in other hotels.

7-11 is on G floor, good location.

Friendly staff, clean room and good value. The location is near a lot of dining restaurants but peaceful. Parking is not free and are around the hotel, not hard to find them but one way street to access. If you travel by car, please find information or ask staff about parking location first.

Everything. It's a simple business hotel, but equipped with all I needed, and felt really comfortable during the stay. Staffs were friendly and attentive. I will surely stay here again when I go back to Shizuoka.

Staff nice, polite. Location very convenient.

Unfortunately, the room and bathroom had a very musty, moldy smell, but was very clean. Couldn't pinpoint cause, except experience tells me the room must have had water damage at some time; but no visual signs. A second separate visit later on in a different room, we didn't experience any such problem.

It was in a great location and the staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice also
