This is a fine hotel, adjacent to the train and bus stations- we wound up appreciating that. Pretty good food court downstairs in the train station with a great Indian restaurant, just in case you need a change from Japanese cuisine. Lots of other good restaurant choices in the area also. I would highly recommend attending a performance at the Bunraku puppet museum (take train from #7 platform); also the dance troupe Awa Dori (short walk of cab ride to cable car base).

No deficiencies, especially at this price point.

Spacious room for 1 person and extremely clean and tidy. I stayed 2 nights and requested that they replenish water and coffee, they did without any question. Location was just next to JR station and you could get anything that you need around the area.

I asked the reception about luggage courier service which they insisted they need to measure the luggage size. And they could have ask me where to send the luggage to in advance and let me know the estimated time needed for the luggage to reach the next destination. Because of that, I ended up having my luggage 1 day later than expected and had to do without my luggage for 1 full day. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Hotel was very nice

We wanted to extend with one night right after arrival in our room but a) Booking did not allow simply change to 2 nights, the price went up within several seconds from the original price we paid for the first night and b) when we announced at the reception that we would stay longer we were told that we need to check out in the morning and get another room in the afternoon. we were very unhappy so they would let us stay in the room for additionally 2000 yen. All together we paid more than 4000 yen for the second night and breakfast was not included.Again, had we booked for 2 nights in the first place instead of extending we would have been better off.

Prime location, not very old, it's 80's style of luxury hotel, well maintained, should be a five stars. Just next to the train station and lots of local food surrounding within walking distance. Dept store and mini market also within walking distance

The staff is not well coordinated, some are inexperienced young arrogant and irresponsible when handling case. My group's bus was directed to drop the passengers 600 m away while heavy rain and the bus parking slot at the hotel lobby is empty. One of the group member is 89 years old grandma on a wheel chair soaked, just by an irresponsible answer.

Nice location, restaurant close-by, room is nice and clean, staff is friendly, quick check-in and check-out. A small mall connects to the hotel. 12 mins walk to see the dance show, cable car up to the park/ observation deck to see the view of the city. 6 mins walk to take a river cruise. Big carpark, car can drive in and out during the stay.

This hotel was located in the perfect place for us. It was easy walking distance to the activities we wanted to do and also located near some good restaurants. We were given an upgraded room, which was VERY nice. The room was very spacious, with nice comfortable large beds. There was a separate lounge area with a TV. The bathroom and basin area were separate. Our breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again if we are in this area!

Location = excellent. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good (with some of the best fresh- made croissants I've ever had).

Room had an odor which was embedded in the wellworn carpet & dingy drapes of a time when smoking was allowed in the room (no longer allowed). Furniture was dated & the two lampshades wouldn't sit straight (cheaply made). Ready for a refresh!

Spotlessly clean modern hotel that was literally next door to the train station. The food hall under the station had plenty of dining options, including a small brewery and excellent Indian and Chinese restaurants for those who want a break from Japanese food.

Nothing really. The room was small but OK for one person.

Staff was very friendly and professional - our bags were taken to the room for us and we were warned about a refurbishment that was happening few floors above, which we did not even hear. They are just at the train station so it's a great location and very close to good food spots and the castle. Room was very spacious and modern. Provided tea was of really good quality. Bed was very comfortable and the view from the window was amazing.

Honestly is a good hotel like many others, nothing special nothing wrong Rooms size are generous considering japanese sizes, super clean and beds are comfy Location is the best possible in Tokushima, exactly above the train and bus station There are a lots of shops and restaurant near by so no issues or problems at all Staff is super, they kept my luggage till night after a morning check out and they were kind and friendly
