The hotel was nice and had an onsen bath on the top floor. It's right across from the train station. There's a Tully's on the ground floor with plenty of seating and fairly decent coffee. There's also a FamilyMart. Plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of people who look like they're starting the 88 temple pilgrimage. While the large groups made me think it would be crowded, it was not.
The elevator was incredibly slow at times. The room was unbearably hot the first night until I figured out that they did not disable the cooling function on the A/C. The breakfast seemed expensive but I didn't try it so I shouldn't complain.

It was a really clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are bigger than I’m used to in Japan and I think they may have upgraded my single bed to a double. The hot spring was also really nice!!
It would’ve been nice to book breakfast directly with the app. I somehow order it on the app, but if it’s separate in person, I feel like it’s too much somehow.

Location was central and easy to find. Counter staff was very helpful and gave all the details clearly. Room was of good size and clean. Beds were comfortable for a good night rest. Many nice eating places nearby. Recommended for visitors to Tokushima area.

Excellent position near the Station. Excellent staff. One Staff member even helped us place our next destination in the GPS Which was in Japanese. She was so helpful. I wish I asked her name.
