The hotel was fancy and the interior decoration was very cool and swanky. I especially liked the buttons in the elevator. Also, the views were very nice.

The room I was given at first had a very strong smell. However, I asked the staff for a different room and they very quickly gave me another one that was much better.

The hotel was a little bit far from the airport and the station; everything else was just fantastic! We did not get a chance to explore the breakfast or the restaurant near the top floor because we were guided to local izakaya. The staff were very helpful in guiding us to the local area and providing information on other services, such as coin laundry places and sightseeing locations.

The hotel was really nice and fancy. I didn't expect that with the price. Hotel room was very big for a single room. There is a Lawson right outside, also there is a Starbucks, restaurant and a 24hr supermarket within 5min walk distance. The free parking at the hotel is good, too. Many other hotels nearby don't have free parking.

I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and how they helped provide instructions to services such as restaurants and coin laundries. Staying at a hotel this nice after doing some major hiking was wonderful.

Hotel did not provide laundry facilities but recommended a laundromat down the street. Not having a guest laundry facility is the exception in Japan

If you are a henro, it is a nice walk along the river to the hotel. It is a mix of park and interesting bridges and boat watching. The breakfast buffet has a charming river view and is very good

if you are a henro, the lack of a laundry is a problem and the supposed free WiFi doesn’t work at all and we were in cell data the whole time

Very comfortable hotel. The facilities were great, friendly staff, parking was easy and free, everything was clean.

The location was good but the number of restaurants within walking distance was limited.

Although it’s located a distant from the train station, it’s just in front of a pier which was very scenic. Really enjoyed the relaxing vibe when I step out of the hotel early in the morning.

Spacious rooms with a big window facing the river. They also offered free parking. The hotel was also right across from a Lawsons. Very comfortable stay.

The room shows a little bit of wear and tear. The location was a little far from the main shopping area (20 min walk?) but still doable.

Nice view of the river from the rooms. Free amenities, drink and heat pads at the lobby. Room was okay size. Good value hotel.

Definitely need to drive as it's not near the train station. Don't go back hotel too late as car park spaces may be taken up.
