The staff were extremely nice and helpful- I was worried about my luggage weighing too much as I was about to depart Japan, and they found me a scale to weigh my luggage! Also at the last minute, another student / friend needed to stay one night with me as we were both leaving Japan. This was handled smoothly by the front desk. Thank you!

The hotel is well located, close to Nippori JR station, and within walking distance of some old districts and the Nippori fabric street. The hotel is modern, with clean rooms, fast wifi and is quiet, even though close to a rail line. We did not choose a room with breakfast, as there are plenty of cheap eating options close by.

The cleaning regime is a bit odd. They only clean the room every three days (unless you ask for more often), which is fine for me. However, every day you get given a bag full of clean towels, dressing gowns and toiletries, whether you ask for it or not. This seems a bit wasteful to me and not in the spirit of sustainability.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was good. Location was a 3-minute walk to the train station and the area had a lot of local diners that are very cheap. Amenities were complete— daily coffee and tea were provided. Towels were changed daily and shampoo, face wash, conditioner, and body wash were all provided. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check out, and they have weighing scales you can borrow. It was a very convenient place to be, complete with amenities, and helpful staff. I recommend this hotel!

The only thing I could complain about was the lack of better/more pillows. The bed is comfortable, but there was only one flat pillow that honestly didn’t help.

Next to the train station, Family Mart is on the next door and there's two more around the corner. Easy access to those using skyliner to Narita. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, the room might be small but it's expected. Staff is very kind and speaks English very well, smooth check-in and check-out (self check-out) They restock basic amenities including towels and yukata daily and hang it on our door. Other facilities available such as laundry and microwave for food heating on second floor.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location was superb, within walking distance of Nippori Station, part of the Yamanote Line, making it easy to reach Tokyo's attractions. Despite its convenience, the area was quiet. The amenities lived up to expectations, with fresh towels and supplies provided daily. They even allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, which was a huge help since my flight wasn't until the evening, and they had a scale available to check luggage weight. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay.

Both front desk and cleaning staff are kind and helpful, they can also speak some basic English. The position is the best, 5min to the station, and all around, there are restaurants and mini markets. Walkable distance to Yanaka Ginza and Ueno. The price is convenient, I always use APA every time I'm in Japan. On the 2F, there is a coin laundry and drier, a microwave, and a vending machine. There is no need to go outside for these services.

As every Japanese room, it's small and narrow, which is fine. But unfortunately this time my room faced the station and it was loud. Also, there was some mould on the ceiling and on the AC, so we decided not to use it despite the heat.

Location! It is near Nippori Station. 2-3mins away from the station. The staff are nice and always smiling. They always replace the amenities. The towels they change it everyday. Super happy when they do that. They clean the room after 3 days of stay and your things remain intact. It was an awesome experience

Maybe if they could give us a room right in front the street it could be better so we won’t hear the train more. They have centralize heater, so you can’t make it cooler. But that was totally fine. I understand since it is near the station.

Pleasant experience! The closest train station is Nippori station. Has a very nice and kind staff. Check-in and check-out process is quick and straightforward. Room is clean and secured. In your room there's TV, a mini fridge, private bathroom, and kettle. Bath towels and soaps/shampoos are provided. Coin-operated washing machine is also available to do your laundry. Upper floors accessible by elevator. Wi-Fi connection is excellent! There is a nearby Family Mart, 7-Eleven, McDonald's, and cafes. Safe neighborhood. Koban (Police) station are also a few steps away from the hotel. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and I will definitely book again when I come back.

Check out time is at 10 AM. Could have been better if it can be changed to 12 noon. I guess it's countrywide that check-out time is always at 10 AM.

The room is perfectly fine and very well equipped. There is a kettle, teas and coffee; as well as shower gel etc. in the bathroom. The people at the reception are very nice and helpful and printed out my boarding pass for the flight. The breakfast is fantastic! The hotel is close to the Nippori station. From there the Skyliner goes directly to the airport. Very convenient! The beautiful historic Janaka neighbourhood is also within walking distance. You have to see it!

Affordable and very close to a station (also station isn’t too busy). Access to airport Express so quick and easy to arrive and leave. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Restaurants and local family mart on the same block. Room amenities restocked daily (except water).

there were bugs in my bed (staff were accommodating and moved me upon my request). These are budget friendly hotels so they are very cramped even for a single traveler. The only Two elevators are very busy and pretty small (had to wait multiple rounds to get on). Depending on which side you’re on you could either hear the train passing or the bustling on the street with people. (I preferred hearing the train).
