Second time staying at hotel. Love the interior of their traditional-inspired rooms with the tatami mats which is more unique compared to other hotels. Atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Hotel only provides a simple breakfast of bread and beverages, but the bread is fresh and delicious. The lounge on the 9th floor is also very spacious and the view of the Sumida river from it was lovely. Staff also helped to bring up the luggage to my room before I checked-in, as I had left the luggage with them for storage in the morning.

As this hotel is not new and has been around for several years, the rooms in the older wing has some signs of age, e.g. stains on the wall. Also didn't like the bathroom tap system for the shower which was shared with the sink.

A very nice place to start our trip in Tokyo. I stayed 2 nights. Located very near to the Asakusa line, so for you who want to travel from/to the airport will be very convenient because you don't need to transfer the train’s line. Also walkable to Ginza Line, Tobu Line, Sensoji temple, and other tourist attractions. From our room, we can see the Tokyo sky tree, and the view from the rooftop is very nice. They provide a light breakfast (bread, jam, coffee, tea). The room is squeaky clean, nothing to be complained about 👌 we came before the check-in time and they can keep our luggage first, so we could go around the city and come back later. They also put our luggage in the room after we came back from the city. The receptionist borrowed me an adaptor for our charger, it helps us a lot. Thank you.

The lovely Japanese style room had a tatami mat, Japanese motif wallpaper, window shoji screens, and a deep tub for soaking in at the end of long days of walking, comfortable though small western beds plus a comfy Japanese futon for our extra bed, and a strong air conditioner. The location was great, a few minutes to walk to two subway lines and a short walk to Senso-ji Temple and Kappabashi kitchen street. We were also minutes away by subway to Skytree and the awesome mall it is attached to. We did not use the lounge room with the view of Skytree but our room with the city view had an amazing view of of Skytree and the Sumida River from the 8th floor. All this for a reasonable price.

In the 2 different rooms we stayed in, the toilet was separate from the room with the sink. No hooks to hang up clothes in the adjoining room to the bathroom.

The hotel was easy to get to from Haneda airport and everything was up to standard. Top floor common area and laundry machines were very useful. International staff were friendly. Multiple trains stops a walking distance away. Tatami floors were very comfortable. The room included separated toilet and washroom so that was useful when there was two people living there.

Windows (3rd floor) were not very soundproof, so noises from the street could be heard clearly. So keep this in mind if you're a light sleeper. There was not a lot of shelves to put your stuff on or hanging hooks to hang towels so our luggage ended up being scattered around the room and floor. Otherwise there was a good amount of floor space for two people in our room.

Great location and value for money. While it's a quiet neighborhood, there are lots of restaurants. Close to subway stations. They give you amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, sponges, shampoo, conditioner, etc.

Small room but that's expected in Tokyo. I stayed in a single room with a full bed. It was good enough for one person but it could be too small for two. The foyer is surrounded by steps that can be dangerous if you're not aware. The hotel could do something to correct that. The bed and pillows weren't comfy enough.

It is newly renovated. The interior design of room is impressive, in a japanese style. The room isn’t very big but big enough for opening 2 28” luggages at the same time. The hotel offers simple breakfast too - toast served with butter and jam. The bread supplier is a bakery nearby with long history. The bread tastes so good! It also has a self-service corner on the ground floor where you can get razor, slippers, tea bags. Don’t forget to go up to the 9 & 10/F to enjoy your breakfast with the view of Skytree and the river.

It only offers clothes tree, no closet. There is not much space to hang clothes. It’s a bit inconvenient if you do not bring your own hangers.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It is a 'business' hotel but the rooms are made with care, with some nice Japanese touches (e.g., tatami mats) and are bigger than other accommodation we had in Japan! The staff were very friendly. The location is great, just a 2' walk from Asakusa station, and within walking distance of lots of cafes, restaurants and markets. A great base to explore Tokyo for a few days.

The lobby area is not the nicest/is a little messy It didn't matter much though, because the staff are very welcoming and we had all amenities we needed.

Very nice staff. Nice view from rooftop. Convenience store and Asakusa subway line nearby

No bedside table or lamp. Big chunks of dust floating in the air. Single glass pane window not blocking any street noise and allowing cold draft through. Room next to elevator with gap under the door. Any conversations on the corridor loudly audible in the room. Only light switches by the door. None by bed.

Free light breakfast. Free coffee and tea at entrance. Strategic location. Nice view on 9/F lounge

A little too small but may already be larger than other Tokyo budget hotel. We were arranged a room just above the main road. The traffic noise in early morning can be really annoying. Got woke up by the noise couples times during our stay.

the exceptional price for the location was why i chose this hotel. So i was wiling to forgo the amenities in the room such as teas / coffee, cups, glasses, etc and the size of the room. Otherwise, the other exceptional qualities are that it is very clean, the beds are really comfortable, the heating / cooling works very well, the staff were very helpful and attentive. I love the 9th floor open area for working or just plain enjoying the view of tokyo skytree and the sumida river. There is also the fancy toaster on the 9th floor that makes the best toast ever

i wished there more pillows provided. we only had 1 per bed and that there were different types of pillows to choose from. the traditional pillow needs a bit getting used to
