The hotel location is perfect. A walking distance from all Asakusa attractions and any subway or bus station. Just facing the hotel there is a bus that takes 15 min to Tokyo Station. And next to it there is asakusa subway station. It was convenient for all our trips. The staff speak English and can perfectly help you in directions and in anything you need. They were friendly and nice. The room is cleaned and is equipped with necessary amenities.

Though the room size is mentioned but it is uncomfortable for two and it was a hassle having 2 luggage and 2 of us in the room. I think the size is perfect for one person.

The location was excellent. The station access was about 100m from the hotel which made getting around very easy. There were many restaurants, shopping and attractions all within walking distance. Family mart just across the road, seven eleven a short walk away. We were right near the river and the walks were great with the cherry blossom and lights. The hotel had luggage storage facility and shower amenities, hairdryer in room. Other amenities available in reception. The bed was the most comfortable on our stay in Japan. The roof terrace had amazing views of the river and Tokyo Skytree.

The room is tiny. The hotel is tiny. After staying in more spacious accommodation in Kyoto and Osaka, this hotel was bit of a shock, but maybe my expectations were unrealistic. Had to sit in the bathroom if my husband was getting dressed or accessing his suitcase. The pillows were very small and no extra pillows were available. Rooms only cleaned every third day, and if you forgot to put the blue sign on the door, not at all.

The staff were very friendly, they let us try out our Japanese and were happy to switch to English when we met our depth. The room & bathroom were neat, clean, and obviously well looked after with all the amenities supplied. The bed was amazing, like seriously amazing, (I would buy one tomorrow if I knew the make!) and the location was about as perfect as you could ask for... Only a 1 minute walk to Asakusa Station (4 minutes if you want the Ginza line to Shibuya), 20 minute walk to Ueno Station (if you're getting a Shinkansen to your next destination), and 10 minutes to the markets.

The room was a touch smaller than we expected, but it's a very minor nitpick when you consider the price and location.

good location ,near to Metro Ginza line and Toe Asakusa Line ,short walk to senso -Ji temple and Tokyo Skytree friendly staff ,who helpfully printed out our boarding cards for our flight home ,clean towels everyday nice view over River from the roof terrace ,microwave in sitting area downstairs was handy

Initial Room was so small I could not conceivably see how we could spend 4 nights in it ,got a larger room which was also very small but we managed ,at a pinch

Very close to Asakusa and Ginza station, and walking distance to Senjo-ji temple. Rooftop had a nice view of tokyo sky tree and the river. Very quiet area which I like. Receptionist were friendly and very helpful especially when I needed another adapter when mine wouldnt fit in their socket.

Room was small which I think is normal in Tokyo. Tight space so I need to close my luggage when I need to use the toilet. For some reason I couldnt figure out the aircon as it kept turning off in the middle of the night even if I didnt set the timer.

The location is perfect. It's a short walk to Asakusa station, and there are at least half a dozen great places to eat within a few minutes of the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. They were able to help us sort out shipping our luggage to our next hotel. The bed was comfortable and we were well supplied with towels. It's a great choice for couples exploring Tokyo. We went from Asakusa to Odaiba, to Shinjuku and back all fairly easily. The view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular, even in the rain!!

Nothing.

Great location, nice aesthetics and the roof terrace is a nice bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom's layout felt better than most with this style of room, and overall the room was very comfortable even though it's on the smaller side. Within walking distance to Sensō-ji, and an entrance Asakusa station is on the same block. Super convenient for the airport commuter train - no transfers from Asakusa.

The room was smaller than other similar rooms we've stayed in, but we expected this and were happy with it. There's a floor hatch under a mattress to keep suitcases in - still a bit impractical to have to move a mattress against the wall, but it's much better than having the suitcases in the walkways or blocking doors.

Great location with direct SkyAccess line from Narita airport - only 200 meters from exit A2b on Asakusa line. The bathroom & bathtub was big comparing to the room size. The bed was comfortable - I got 2 twin beds which was perfectly suit with 2 adults and 1 small kid.

The room was very tiny which there was no enough space to open the luggages. You could open only one luggage at a time and would also have no enough space to open the bathroom door at that moment. The luggage had to be kept under the bed at all times.

Fantastic location in Asakusa - close to the station, great rooftop views of the Skytree and Sumida River. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and attractions. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff!! They were very attentive and accommodating. I also liked that there were multiple power outlets and USB charging on the headboard and on the desk.

It's Tokyo so the rooms are bound to be smaller but it could be more optimised. For example, there was a huge TV hanging on the wall where the bed was - it was prone to damage especially if you are a taller person. There was a closet with the wiring etc in our room which I don't think you were supposed to open - perhaps the wiring/pipes could be covered so the space can be used. There was a funky smell coming from the bathroom despite it being very clean. The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved, you could hear people talking loudly in the hallway or ambulance sirens passing by. It's not horrible but not great especially for light sleepers.

Location and scenery!!! Few steps away from train station lift 🛗 direct train ride from Narita Airport. Near great restaurants and convenience store. Quiet during the night but we feel safe during our stay. Accessible to several train lines to roam around Tokyo. River area is just behind the property and it is exactly what we saw as the photo above. Sensoji temple and Sky tree is within walking distance. Amenities are great, new towels everyday, provided extra blankets and pillows.

They don’t clean or fix the room everyday.
