So close to the A18 metro stop, which meant direct service from Haneda airport. The view from the window and the rooftop, fabulous! Fresh towels everyday. A little fridge in the room and a microwave and small dining area downstairs to eat our convenience store dinners! Friendly staff. Clean rooms and lobby. (Someone reported a toenail in their room when they check in, when we had a similar looking thing, I looked closer. . . .it was a feather from the comforter!) close to all things Asakusa. And did I mention, literally 1 minute to the metro. 😁

We knew what we were in for and still chose it because we needed 3 beds. That’s what you get, 3 twin beds right next to each other , no space in between, so you have to get in and out of bed from the foot of the bed! Small room, no storage space. It looked like there would be space under the bed to store something but not in our room. We were only there to shower and sleep, we made it work, and had a few laughs when we said, “coming through” and someone had to jump on their bed so another could pass by to the bathroom!

The location of this hotel is excellent! It is very close to the subway, and Asakusa itself (the area where the hotel is located) is also a very nice area to be staying in. It is not too crowded, but at the same time it has some touristic things and a lot of shops nearby. The hotel itself was nice too! The staff always greeted you, and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. It was also allowed to bring your own food (from konbinis) into the cafe/lobby downstairs.

Like I think almost every hotel in Tokyo, don't expect it to be big. The rooms are small, with very little standing space, but since we started our trip in Tokyo, it was still fine because we had not bought any extra souvenirs or clothes yet. So yeah, it does feel a bit cramped, but if you start your trip in Tokyo and just move to other cities next, the rooms will only get bigger.

the room was a decent size for a solo traveller, it was clean and comfortable. I loved the rooftop terrace and the awesome view, the hotel is conveniently located near subway stations that make reaching other places in Tokyo very easy, there are also convenience stores located within a few minutes of the hotel. The hotel is also only a 10 minute walk from Sensoji Temple, making it easy to beat crowds in the morning or take a lovely stroll in the evening when it’s lit up. The staff at this hotel were also very friendly and helpful, I would be happy to stay here again!

Excellent staff with great service and they all spoke English very well. Small room size (by western standards) but it is compact and well designed with storage for check in luggage underneath the beds. We could also plug in our Nintendo Switch to the hotel room TV (big + for this). Free water and ice tea (and toiletries) in the lobby and space to hang out. You can leave your bags in the reception when you check out and come back to get them later. The location is great as well, very central and close to Asakusa station.

Cleaning once every 3 days, however it is justified by the very reasonable price for the room. Also no smoking on the rooftop viewpoint.

The direct line of Keisei SkyAccess from Narita Airport about $12++ for a 45mins ride and up the elevator via A2b exit was FANTASTIC. This is Asakusa Station. It DOES NOT connect to GINZA LINE, that you'll walk about 5mins away to enter through a different Metro close-by. Still the best if you're into great shopping in GINZA 😊 Ni It's also near to Toei Asakusa Station for Spaxia X to Nikko/Tochigi was a plus point. Family Mart across the street, and other eateries along the same side of the street were great options. The front desk staff were fluent in English and such a relief for non-Japanese speaker that struggled to communicate - what a relief. Thank you so much for these lovely ladies Zhari & Ito-san, who witnessed my struggles when I first checked in. The gentlemen were great too, truly. Loaned us the umbrella was such help when it decided to shower that day!! They're friendly and approachable. The queen sized bed on raised platform with bottom storage was great. Loved the roof top overseeing Sumida River (take the cruise too, why not, right?) The view of "gold giant piece" (sorry I don't know what it's called as I share it now (Go google it!) and Tokyo Tower - superb most especially at night - 🥰😍🤩 Loved the ¥500 every morning cup of brewed coffee and choices of muffins, each get two. Instant coffee for refills if need be. Microwave in lobby, waiting area has WIFI, comfy seating with chairs/ lounge chairs. I loved the extra pillows, fridge, water boiler and coffee/tea mix in the room.

Can't exactly say "I don't like" because we get what we pay for. The room is truly cramped for two adults and two 27" luggage(s). There is no room to move about without the " Excuse me, I need to step over there." Too cramped for two tall adults. Room more suited for singles. Sadly, my view in Room 603 was seeing the street below - nothing nice. Try staying or asked for 9th floor, pay a bit more - totally worth it. No sound proof as talking from the corridor can be heard in our room

Loved the location. Close to all the train lines. Close to family mart and close to Coin laundry mat. It was clean and staff was nice. Very quiet part of the town.

I wouldn’t necessarily say these are very negative avout the property but rooms are very small and bathroom is super tiny. I am a female 5’7 and i felt bathroom ceiling was super low. At the end of the day, you just sleep in the room so it doesnt matter much. At least to us it didnt. Another thing, the check in is at 3pm, my daughter and I arrived early, were able to leave luggage there but they didn’t let us in until exactly 3pm. I requested 2pm in advance through booking and was not let in until 3pm.

The reception staff were extremely helpful especially after leaving some medicine behind at a previous hotel and its subsequent retrieval in a timely manner. The hotel is clean and situated at a handy location near the Tobu and Metro Asakusa stations and has a small roof terrace with great views across the Sumida river to the Tokyo Skytree as well as being only 5 minutes from Senso-Ji temple.

The room could have been a little bigger (twin singles) but as we did not spend much time there it was not a deal breaker.

The location was excellent, near stations, staff were very friendly and most of all very clean and quiet. The hotel is located close to tourist attractions and many cafe's and convenience stores around.

I did not like the fact that the room had a raised platform with two mattresses on the platform. No beds. Basically I guess Japanese style. You had to climb up onto the platform to get to sleep and move around Difficult to move around with two people in the room and very little room for luggage. If you have knee problem it becomes difficult to get up.

The hotel location is perfect. A walking distance from all Asakusa attractions and any subway or bus station. Just facing the hotel there is a bus that takes 15 min to Tokyo Station. And next to it there is asakusa subway station. It was convenient for all our trips. The staff speak English and can perfectly help you in directions and in anything you need. They were friendly and nice. The room is cleaned and is equipped with necessary amenities.

Though the room size is mentioned but it is uncomfortable for two and it was a hassle having 2 luggage and 2 of us in the room. I think the size is perfect for one person.

The location was excellent. The station access was about 100m from the hotel which made getting around very easy. There were many restaurants, shopping and attractions all within walking distance. Family mart just across the road, seven eleven a short walk away. We were right near the river and the walks were great with the cherry blossom and lights. The hotel had luggage storage facility and shower amenities, hairdryer in room. Other amenities available in reception. The bed was the most comfortable on our stay in Japan. The roof terrace had amazing views of the river and Tokyo Skytree.

The room is tiny. The hotel is tiny. After staying in more spacious accommodation in Kyoto and Osaka, this hotel was bit of a shock, but maybe my expectations were unrealistic. Had to sit in the bathroom if my husband was getting dressed or accessing his suitcase. The pillows were very small and no extra pillows were available. Rooms only cleaned every third day, and if you forgot to put the blue sign on the door, not at all.
