Everything. The size of the room and bathroom, the views of the city (at least from the 14th floor were fantastic), minifridge in the room, big and comfortable beds, two chairs and big desk, friendly and helpful staff, good quality amenities and hair dryer, perfect location

This is just me being picky but only one elevator for 14 floors. My room was on the 14th floor so taking the stairs was out of the question. Luckily we didn't have to wait long for the lift, but it could've been a problem in rush hour. The microwave is located next to the Reception by the lobby, not very convenient. Would've been better located in a more private areas or inside the rooms.

Excellent location, moments from everything you need plus several train lines, including direct train from Narita. Beautiful area that is much less intensely populated as Shinjuku.

My husband was told where he could smoke outside but was constantly abused and asked to leave by other staff members. Made for a not so great experience. The room is TINY. Do t bring a big bag as there is no room for it, also no closet to hang up clothes/put things away. Ideal for shorter stays.

I liked that it was close to the transportation system and near a popular tourist shopping area. They provided a quaint breakfast in the morning, and the staff was very accomadating of our needs. Staff handled our transfers well and helped to transfer it to the next hotel! They also even helped us translate and order Dominos pizza late at night for us. The room amenities were a great plus also!

Rooms were compact (walking space) but doable. Didn't know that our room didn't have an AC. They only have heaters on since its always cold. So we open the windows for natural air conditon.

Best location. Close to popular attractions, shops also nice quiet neighbourhood. Small rooms but practical with good amenities.Complimentary water bottles at you room when arriving was a saviour after coming from a hot walk from station. We have stayed in standard double room which we could open the window for some fresh air.

Concierge didn't explain when you pay with credit card you could choose between the current currency Japanese yen or your home currency plus charges. End up paying extra charges. Better using cash to pay at the premises.

Friendly and accommodating staffs. Love the luggage drop off upon early check in and check out. Also clean and fresh towels everyday. Hotel has provided us the most toiletries we need though the first hotel we went to near the airport has the skin care kits, but that’s ok.

Room too small but ok as it’s just where you sleep all your stay.. We were assigned a room next to the alley, so quite noisy when the young ones are passing by. There are 4 APA Hotels in the area and this hotel is not as much accessible to the trains as the other 3.

Simple and clean no frills hotel in a great location to explore a fun part of Tokyo. Plenty of eating, shopping, and grocery options within a few minutes walk. Easy access to the metro for getting out elsewhere too. We used the laundry machine, ice machine, and microwave downstairs during our week stay. Staff are super friendly and spoke English well enough.

The rooms are pretty small, which is expected for this price and Tokyo in general. You can see room size in the booking.com app for comparison. With these small rooms, I wish there were some shelves or hooks to help organise things.

The locate is the best compare to all the others tgat I have stayed in Japan for nearly a month, we also stayed in apa in shinjuku, i must say this one is way better, only 3-4 minutes to train station and there are so many shops and cafe, restaurants and convenient stores just within 1-3 minutes walking distance, it's located in a quiet street which is also very nice. Guarantee a good sleep.

Only drawback is the small room but we are happy for the price we paid.

Located super close to the train station and main Asakusa area. Room was small but extremely well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Check in and check out very simple.

Only thing is the hotel has just the one lift so getting out of the hotel in the morning (around check out time) was a bit of a struggle and took as about 3 attempts to get into the lift. Just something to bear in mind if you are in a rush/have a train to catch

It's all about Location! This hotel is very close to both the Asakusa and Ginza Subway lines. It is also very close to Senso-ji temple and nakamise street. There is also a wide array of restaurants within a half a mile radius of the hotel. The room was typical fare for a solo traveler so it was great for what i needed. For breakfast, there was a restaurant on the first floor. There was a set menu with 3 different options which included a Western Breakfast which had bacon with a egg, toast, salad, yogurt, and soup Japanese Breakfast which was a generous portion of Salmon, grated radish, miso soup, rice, yogurt and a couple of other small side dishes Curry Rice with miso soup All the dishes was superb! Everything about this hotel was Great! Location, on-site meals and close to two major subway lines. I will definitely consider here again!

Everything was great so nothing to add in this section
