Great location near to Toei Asakusa Line (which is direct to Narita and Yokohama). The room is just right for 2-3 pax. For 3 pax, the sofa bed is suitable for heights less than 160cm, otherwise it may be uncomfortable. Pleasant staff.

Sadly didn’t provide fabric conditioner with the washing machine. Would have preferred liquid detergent instead of powder too! Disliked having to bring down my towels to change them. A better system would be to leave the used towels outside the room and new ones hung on the door handle.

BON Asakusa was a great condominium stay experience. We mostly explored the neighborhood and the location was an easy walk across the bridge to all the major attractions and Asakusa station. The room and bathroom were very clean and felt newly remodeled. We stayed here towards the end of our trip and the washing machine was a huge plus! Shower room has a handy drying mode to help dry the clothes.

The only complaint was the bed comfort. It was hard and we could feel the springs. An additional mattress topper would help alleviate this feeling. Extra pillows would be helpful as well as the two provided ones are very small and thin.

I love the location and it's proximity to Asakusa train station and on the same street as Tokyo Sky tree. The staff where helpful. We arrived in the morning and requested an early check in which was no problem however I had to pay extra. The amenities are great, very spacious for Tokyo and the washing machine was a big bonus.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable. It was a spring mattress which I personally found uncomfortable. The room was room 202 facing the main road and the balcony door wasn't very noise cancelling so we could hear all the cars going by.

Has a washer (4.5kg) and bathroom with dryer function that can set duration, and powder detergent is provided. Lots of plugs available beside the bed, under the sofa etc. Sofa can be turned into a sofa bed. Spacious area in Deluxe room with 2 double beds and 1 big sofa. Kitchenware with microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer function, gas stove. Plenty of hangers given. Walking distance to Asakusa temple area and Asakusa station.

Some stuffs might not be so conversant in English. Double room with sofa bed is abit narrow space and limited walking space around the bed.

The apartment was perfectly furnished, a wonderful view from the balcony, we had a corner apartment, which was bright and well ventilated in the heat

We were leaving early in the morning and wanted to exchange towels for new ones, but the reception was closed and we didn't know when we would be back in the evening. It's better to find out in advance :-)

The location of the property was great, Though it not located in the city center, but we got the quiet area and did not feel insecure. It is around 7-10 mins walk from Sensō-ji and 5 mins to Asakusa station also with the view of Tokyo Skytree. The facility was enough for us to stay for 4 nights. And the staff were friendly and helpful and they know the area reasonably well. It would be wonderful if we come in autumn season as it was really hot when walking back to the hotel. But it was still a good walk.

The only one cons was that the bed was a bit small, I should say the room could utilize better with a bigger bed and make all the furniture with a better position.

It wasn't actually our first choice, but we don't regret our decision to move to this property at all. The location was wonderful, only about 8 minutes walk to Sensoji, about 5 minutes to Asakusa Station and 15 minutes to Tokyo Sky Tree. The room was very clean and big enough. We were a family of five, but we didn't feel cramped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The washing machine was also very helpful.

At first we thought that the suitcases from this accommodation could be sent directly to another hotel. But on the last day we were told by the other staff that we should take the suitcases to the delivery service branch ourselves. Thank God the branch wasn't far, but it wasn't convenient and we lost a lot of time.

Location better than expected (as first timers to Japan) - convenient to Asakusa, Sensoji Shrine and local train stations. Asahi Beer Tower around the corner, walkable 20 mins to Tokyo Sky Tree, nice morning walks along river bank parks. Plenty of food choices in the immediate area including many 'local' hole in the wall restaurants along Asakusa Dori. Decent size room, clean, comfortable bed, small kitchenette, washing machine, good for longer stays.

Location was fantastic. Had a balcony with a great view and a mosquito net. Vending machine downstairs. Room was a decent size and fairly comfortable. Plenty of utensils to use. Fridge, cooker. All supplies provided such as toilet roll and bath soaps. Very close to a supermarket and the well connected train station.

Could unfortunately hear our neighbours upstairs very well. Could be noisy at times but it's the nature of the buildings here. Washing machine didn't really dry clothes.
