Larger room than I anticipated for a budget hotel. Large enough to store 2-3 large suitcases. Large wardrobe. In-room are a microwave, an electric stove, a fridge, a cooking pot, an electric kettle, dish soap, a sponge, and a multi-jack phone charger cable. Convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants are abundant nearby. Subway lines and buses are very closed. Super safe area I would say. If you like sushi and sashimi, you can try many places nearby. A low budget option is a supermarket across from Skoda Station offers quality fish with deep discount after 6-7pm.

It is located in a quite neighborhood but there are many things around, from conbinis, fast food restaurants to cafe and 2 thrift shops. It’s very close to local seibu station and around 10 minute walk from subway station.

The facility in the room is a little ruined but it is stayable. I had problem with my toilet a little, but it got better by itself. I think the price is a little expensive if compare the conditions of the place and room with some affordable chain hotel brands.

There are so many things to like about this hotel. First of all, I love how affordable it is for a private room all to yourself. Even though it is so cheap, it still has everything you need; a bathroom, bidet, hot water, clean towels (fresh towels/linens can be purchased at reception), a kettle for coffee/tea, television, comfortable bed, laundry facilities, hairdryer, air-conditioning etc. It is very clean, but you will need to keep it clean yourself as there is no housekeeping (which is no problem for me). It is in a great location with lots of food choices and close to a train station. As well as this, the staff at the reception are very, very kind and friendly. They are very professional and welcoming and are happy to assist with anything you need. I appreciate that they have been so patient with me, as I cannot speak Japanese. The customer service is excellent, the best I have encountered during my stay in Tokyo. I extended my stay here for another two weeks because of the great price and great customer service.

The Hotel is in a pretty good location with good access to public transport. All around are also plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy the evening.

My sink was a bit dirty but nothing mayor. I also wasn't a big fan that the hallway was open to the outside. So it was more like a building with a bunch of apartments then a hotel.

Very good value for long stay (1 week+). Very nice location with easy access to Ikebukuro & Shinjuku. Can also go to Nagano Broadway by bus and the bus stop is very close to the hotel. There're also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the area.

Room was what you expect in business hotel, bit old but everything worked and room was clean. Great value if you are staying longer. Convenient location with train station 5min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around the area.

Like a lil apartment, convenient. Lawson downstairs. Near a supermarket and pharmacy. A Mosburger cafe nearby.

Location is a lil far away from main attractions in Tokyo. The toilet flush is so loud. The fire exit door is always open, creepy at night.

A really nice hotel. Easy to get to and close to two convenient stations. Easy access to Ikebukuro and a subway route running through central Tokyo.

For the price I paid, it was exactly as it should be. Nothing negative to report.

Because the Tokyo metro system is so convoluted, I had to transfer at least once, and sometimes three or four times, to get anywhere.

Little out of ways and no parking available, but this can be seen in the price. If you can find parking nearby for cheap, or are traveling solely by public transportation, or have business nearby, it is a good choice with a budget. Train station
