Super convenient in many ways - the hotel offers free shuttle bus services to the nearby metro station during morning hours and also to the Disney resort. This was great for us. The hotel is surrounded by many shops - supermarket right next to it, drug stores, different sorts of places to eat and coffee places - just very convenient.

It’s a large scale hotel - perhaps because of that we can’t expect anything personalised and we found the hotel not really flexible - for instance, we stayed there for about 10 days in total but they didn’t allow us even one hour of late check out (we were asked to pay extra just for one hour .. after staying there for 10 days). I was actually surprised. If you get a room with a view of the Sky Tree it’s really nice, but we were placed in a room without the view - as we were staying rather long, we asked for a room with better view - the hotel said it wasn’t possible. This was a pity.

The hotel was very nice. We moved around Japan and this was our 4th hotel we stayed at. We were here for 6 nights. They allowed us to drop our luggage off a few days early before we went to Kyoto and when we checked in they had it waiting for us in our room. The hotel was quiet. The complimentary Disney shuttles were a huge help and you can book a shuttle to the airport as well but it's ¥1,000 per person but that's a great savings compared to a taxi. Kids might have been less but it was only my husband and I so I didn't pay attention. The room was pretty large, clean and the shower pressure was amazing. I loved the little coffee shop that's located right outside of the hotel (down the escalator).

My bed was not super comfortable and I swear it leaned a little but it was doable and I slept fine. Breakfast there was a bit pricey so we either stopped at the coffee shop outside of the hotel or we walked across the street to the little Cafe. No laundry on site and it costs a fortune to have them do it. There is a laundry mat about an 8 minute walk away.

1. No shuttle bus from/to Narita 2. No fitness ( only for members) 3. No sauna or spa ( only for members)

Accessibility to T14 ,convenance stores ,kiba park,supermarket ,local restaurants from basic to moderately priced It did help that we were 10 minutes from family but think you could have found all theses on your own

Great hotel. Very beautiful. Feels like 5 stars for me. Service was very good, rooms are spacious and cozy. .Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Location is good 10 min walking to Toyocho station. I could reach all over Tokyo by Metro. I got the North side with the Skytree shining from my window. Hotel is very clean. They are very restrict with Covid 19.

We couldn't enjoy the beautiful Lobby when the restaurant was closed. It should be open all the time for the guests like every normal Lobby.

Distance to nearest subway station. Shuttle to metro station only available in the mornings. Airport limousine bus hours are not conducive to international guests.

it is all amazing. we really enjoyed the incredible outdoor pool. wonderful buffet breakfast. the staff are so kind and helpful. Special thank you to Izumisan- thank you so much for helping us, it was so important for us, you made our holiday at the hotel perfect- we will always remember your kindness ❤️😊

Like the free hotel shuttle to metro station and the big supermarket next to hotel

Don't understand why there is no shuttle bus from metro station to hotel. Also, why did they discontinue bus service from hotel to Narita Airport? It would be nicer if they have these services

The hotel was very well maintained. The staff were professional and can speak English well. They were able to provide support with lots of questions about the area. A staff even gave me recommendations for where to eat and helped booked it for us! The hotel is also conveniently above a supermarket, a pharmacy, and some restaurants. A 24 hour supermarket (Seiyu) is about a 5-10 minute walk away. There’s shuttle buses available daily that can take you to the station but only until midday (no bus from the station back to the hotel). There’s a 24h laundry coin shop a 10 minute walk from the hotel (Google “mamma ciao”).

The location of the hotel was a bit further away from the station than we had initially imagined while looking at Google maps. It was about a 10-15 minute walk, which wasn’t too bad since it’s just a straight path but when coming back to the hotel after a whole day of walking, I kind of wished it was closer to the station.

We liked the breakfast for having both sides of the world meals and the view of the skytree from our room on the 17th floor was great! Plus the free shuttle to Disney was nice to have.

That the pool wasn't open till summer.
