Tokyo station to Maihana station, and then the Disneyland Resort line, and then a hotel shuttle bus. Hotel shuttle bus runs every 8-10 minutes between the Disneyland Resort Line Bayside Station. Basically we can walk to the station if we don't carry bags. About 5 minutes on foot. There's a shuttle bus directly to and from the airport if we don't take the train. Very convenient. We had a dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel. The service is beyond EXCELLENT. Very caring and professional staff, always know your needs. There's a drug / convenient store in the hotel opening at 10 am. There's a Lawson at Hilton hotel which is 7 minutes on foot from Okura. Room is very very spacious, with a dining table. Professional staff. There's a Disney store at 1/F (the ground floor). So really no need to buy souvenir from Disneyland and then carry them back to the hotel. There's a restaurant (near the Disney store) which sell cheaper food / take away in the late evening. Good deal for dinner.

No fitness centre, no swimming pool. Pricey breakfast.

We’ve spent the night near Disney Orlando, California & Paris and we have to say - the Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay was our favorite (close to disney hotel) of them all. The staff is very friendly, helpful and has great attention to detail. We arrived at the hotel way before check-in time. We left our luggage with them and by the time we came back from the park our Roomkey was ready and they brought our luggage to our room. Also my girlfriend was feeling a little sick the next day and we immediately found the right medicine in the little drugstore they have. Also checking out late was not a problem with them. We will definitely come back. :-)

Okura is very close to Tokyo Disney. I booked this hotel when Tokyo Disney was full. However, the train system stops directly across from the hotel. Also, Disneyland hotel can arrange free luggage transfer back to Okura on your last day stay at Disney, so convenient. Breakfast, though extra money, was great. Excellent food selection. The Disney Bus from the airport goes directly to stop here as well. Rooms are huge, and amenities are so over the top.

The wait for the check in was a little bit long, but not too bad.

The rooms and the bathrooms are very clean and spacious, I also like the interior design. The bathroom was also It's located close to one of the stations in the Disney resort so it's very easy to get to the theme parks. They have various kinds of food for breakfast and the food was really good.

We had a small problem with the breakfast vouchers, apparently, they don't give vouchers for children. When we went for breakfast, we gave them too many vouchers for 2 days because we counted the children, but the staff didn't say anything. Hence on the last day, we didn't have enough vouchers for everyone and we had to explain and ask them to sort it out, and they did help us out.

The rooms were very spacious, including the restrooms. I loved how they gave new sets of amenities daily. The breakfast buffet was especially the part that got us to book it, especially traveling with family. You will nned that energy with a long day ahead of us at Disney Parks. The staff was very hospitable. They were great handling our baggage transfers and baggage holds before check-in and after check-in. Will book this place again when we go back to Disney Tokyo parks.

We made a mistake with the booking which we discovered way too late: there were only 2 beds instead of 3. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. We were advised to book a new room through booking.com as they can not make changes to the reservations done through booking.com. And that they would cancel the other reservation for no charge. We could not find anything on the website that gave us a bedroom for 3. So when we arrived at the hotel I just told them about our mistake and asked if it was possible to upgrade and that we were willing to pay for it. The guy behind the counter got on the phone and arranged everything for us right there. And I am not sure if there was any extra cost and if it was it was not a lot. Thank you so much for making our stay more comfortable! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, it was the best and comfortable hotel room we have had in Tokyo. It was spacious, it had a bath and a separate shower. We all loved it! It was quite luxurious. The beds were hard en good. We have rested so well in this hotel! 10/10 recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious by Japanese standards especially the bathrooms. Amazing shower pressure and a large bath to relax in. The amenities provided were superb. So close to the Disney monorail. The take out food available at the end of a long day at the parks were both only nutritious but great value for money. The breakfast also offered many delicious choices for any palate. The coffee offered at breakfast was the best we have had at a Japanese hotel.

Everything- location amazing, hotel facilities wonderful, views from room, great food, kind staff, access to shuttles and monorail. Door staff and staff in the Cafe were amazing. Cakes in cafe also amazing and great Disney store. Beautiful Christmas illuminations as decorations.

Used to a softer bed, Japanese style hard bed. Not the hardest we have slept on but a challenge after long days at the park. Everything else exceptional.

Staff at really helpful. I personally wrote three thank-you notes to three staff who helped us. They are willing to go for extra mile contrast to Japanese within-the-box way of thinking. I believe it’s what the true service spirit calls! Wish their help, We retrieved our lost shoulder bag in Disneyland hotel the first day. They also sent our suitcases to Disneyland hotel on second day whilst we didn’t need to come o fetch them after a long day play in Disney Sea.

Quiet spacious rooms for Japan standards to my surprise. We booked a triple room which was 3 beds to pushed together which was more than adequate for a family of 4 (young kids) to sleep. Bathroom was huge and had a spa bath and shower. Location was superb, very close to station (3 min walk) which was on the Disneyland line. Would def stay here again.
