Nicely decorated room which is quite comfy. Shuttle to Maihama station and Disney bay station. Hotel has Disney store, a bakery, a convenient store and souvenir shop that you can buy things youay need. Nice hotel

If you are looking for shuttle directly going to Disney Land or Sea, there's none. After a long day in Disney, you will need to take the tram or walk back to Maihama station to take the hotel shuttle. Otherwise go for Uber.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I liked that there is a convenience store on site so I could grab some bites on the go. I also had a part of my mobility aid fall apart and the hotel staff were super helpful as they had the tools to fix it.

Nothing I disliked about the hotel as such however, it could do with having some rooms fitted for those with disabilities/reduced mobility as currently there aren’t any available. The room I stayed in was just about spacious enough for my and my assistant’s luggage + my mobility aid however there was no grab bars by the toilet for me to maintain my balance.

We found the hotel exceptionally comfortable. Its convenient location made it easily accessible. The attentive and caring staff further enhanced our experience, ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay.

Encountering the apparent supervisor of the check-in counters at 14:30 right at the entrance, and being promptly informed to wait until 15:00 for check-in, left a disappointing first impression, especially considering we hadn't uttered a word. After an exhaustive 18-hour journey, a warmer welcome was anticipated.

Best breakfast buffet. There were enough choices to accommodate the limited diets of the gluten-free eaters, those who only eat select foods (meats and rice), and those who eat everything. The drink options of soda, coffee, juices and milk were plentiful too. The property has a bus to take you to the Bayside station of the Disney Resort Line or Maihama Station. From those two stops you can easily get to the Disney parks or explore Tokyo. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is amazing. Well worth the cost.

Room was very clean and nice. We absolutely loved the bath tub. The breakfast spread was superb and delicious. Overall, the service was immaculate from before the trip with my numerous questions on luggage transfer from the airport through our stay and ended on a good note. Thank you for everything.

All's good and I wonder why the hotel was ranked 3 stars when it was beyond our expectations in every other way.

The rooms were very comfortable. We had a medical emergency and the staff were extremely helpful and solicitous. The shuttle bus to and from the Disney parks is very convenient. The JR Maihama station has many restaurants as well as a grocery. There is also a convenience store in the hotel. Buffet breakfast was ok. There is free wifi. Bathrooms are comfortable.

Aside from a bakery there is only one restaurant so you need to go out but as I said the Maihama station is close by.

Require to take shuttle bus to tram station to go Disneyland/DisneySea, had to beat the crowd by skipping key night events if you have kids if not will be madness to brace with the crowd.

The room was spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Room has beautiful seaview. Hotel offers free shuttle to Disneyland/Sea.

The hotel has a mini mart and disney shop. Hotel provides free shuttle to metro station (travel to non-Disney destination) and Disney station (which is the mandatory train) to visit Disney Land and Sea. There is a Airport Shuttle from Narita to hotel directly. Besides, travelers can check in directly via Customer Center in Maihama Metro/JR Station

Very good breakfast varieties. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is superb for activities planned in Maihama.

Room lacked space to sit and relax. Maybe packing 4 beds in a room reduced the space. Recommend having proper chairs in the room for sitting and dining purposes.

Close to Tokyo Disney, can literally see the Disney fireworks at night. Convenient shuttle bus service every 20-min to Maihama station and from there 5-min walk to Disneyland. Family room is convenient for a family with kids

The “thin” wall at the hotel room; sometimes can hear noises from neighbouring room; although not always the case, but can be nuisance
