HOTEL MYSTAYS Maihama

We stayed for the close proximity to Disney. The leg massager was WONDERFUL after a big couple of days wandering around at Disney! The shuttle was a convenient bonus. Buffet breakfast was great too.

Knowing where to get the shuttle from the station on the way to the hotel to check in would've been good... we walked the distance with all of our bags on a hot day but didn't mind :)

The room was big enough for a family of 4 along with 4 bags. And still room to move around. It had 2 double beds and 1 single. Had a small fridge and kettle and cups. You can grab all the amenities you like from down stairs. Toothbrushes, shavers, face creams. They do a buffet breakfast for $1600 yen per person. We didn't have it so I can't nomment on the food. Location is great if visiting disney. You are about 25 minute walk from disneyland and 10 minutes walk to disneysea. There is a Lawson within a 5 minute walk to buy some quick snacks if you like. There is a big shopping centre near disneyland so maybe a 20 min walk. Has plenty of different places for food. There is a small supermarket as well. I would stay here again if visiting disney. All staff extremely friendly

The room had a leg massager machine - so wonderful after a long day of walking! We didn't know this would be there so such a fantastic surprise. The restaurant breakfast was convenient and sufficient. There is a convenience store nearby and the hotel has a microwave and in room refrigerator so we were able to eat cheaply. Easy walking distance to Disney Sea without the high cost of staying on Disney site. Great bus service from hotel to train stations and parks.

Laundry facilities - didn't see any. Toilet paper - such low quality, thin horrible stuff, though that was common in many places. Bit of a hike from the train station with our backpacks.

Big room, twin beds, high ceiling, light from window make the room bright and clean. Big bath tube. Convenience to Tokyo Disney Sea. Good service. Hotel shuttle bus to train station and Tokyo Disney Land & Sea. 7th floor door can see fire flower of Disney 8.30pm. There is air purifier which making fresh air. Have foot and leg massage machine.

Have only Lawson. No restaurant nearby. Shuttle bus have limit time only morning. Not available for evening or night period. Remote aircondition have only japanese version. No water bottle. But in bathroom have sign at tap "tap water can drink".

Location was perfect to get to Disneyland and DisneySea. They offer a shuttle service to get to both resorts at different times of the morning. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station which makes getting into Tokyo easy as well. The room was an adequate size and the beds were comfortable. They had an excellent selection of free bathroom amenities as well. They offered a daily buffet breakfast as well which is great if you have to be up early to get to the resorts. The staff were lovely, and even with the language barrier they tried their hardest to accommodate us. It was especially nice that late at night one of the receptionists (cannot remember her name) helped us try order a new phone online after smashing ours. She filled in all the details in Japanese for us. Would definitely recommend for families, friends and couples going to the Disney resorts.

This hotel is 7mins walk from Disney Seas and that is the magic of this hotel and it is a reasonable prices. They provide transport to the station and Disneyland. Our room slept 3 people which is great for a family and was a good size. Breakfast was ok. This hotel did what it said on the label.

Only had free coffee in reception and not latta’s etc. Found it hard to get information about transport back to the airport.

In short everything !! What a wonderful place. Convenient location ... just few minutes from Disneysea.... little far from Disneyland but they provide free bus shuttle service... amazing breakfast even for us vegetarians.... Superb room, clean, fantastic facilities with foot massager in room... how thoughtful. Great helpful staff. Free coffee machine in lobby.... so great value for money. Highly recommend it.... don't even look anywhere else in this budget.

I liked everything, just that we wished the staff would know a little more English.... but actually no complaints.

10 minute walk to Disney sea 15 minute walk to Disneyland Staff were super friendly My only issue is we ordered a room 2 adults one child and all we got was two single beds, so they expect you to sleep with your child. I’m sure this can be arranged if you demand.

The room is really for sleep only which is basically all we did after 12 hours in Disney The room has everything you’ll need

Great location and price being so close to Disney. They offered a free shuttle to the parks and Disney Sea was an easy walk. The buffet breakfast was amazing and perfect to visit before a big day at the parks. Staff were Valery helpful and friendly.

The dining options at night in this location were limited for those not dining at the parks if the restaurant opened at night that would be a great asset. We did find a great Ramen place a short walk away but.

Closer to Disney Sea. (10 min walk) Disney Land is little further Very good coffee in the lobby! And like other people were saying- foot massager in the room- absolutely the best !

Small room, not much space for luggage. No lotion, even they provide a lots of other hygienic items in the lobby. No places to eat around hotel
