Location is exceptional. We were 20mins from Disney, 3mins from buses, trains, metro, walk to park and bay area 30mins flat level all the way, close to Ginza by train for shopping, food selection is excellent. We loved the area so much, that we stayed a week.

Good location - 20 min drive to Disney, 10 min walk to Tokyo subway (for go to Tokyo center, 30 min to Ueno). Parking garage is good and convenient. Many restaurants located at the subway station. We stay here for 2 times and plan to stay here again soon when we plan to go to Disney Sea and Land.

Limited Breakfast and to be the same everyday.

There is a coffee machine available at the front desk lobby,great for guests who need a warm cup of drink in the cold weather. There are also amenities at the lobby for guests to take the necessary toiletries. The included breakfast is nice and delicious to provide a great start for the day. The location is great,there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel,the train station is within 10 mins of walk. There are multiple convenient stores just opposite the hotel across the road and a supermarket near the train station. The airport bus from Narita airport stops near the Kasai train station and it is walkable to the hotel, convenient commuting. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for use at the hotel. The hotel provides both cooling and heating function in the room,which helps a lot for ventilation. The hotel is open air in the corridor,with natural air when walking along the corridor.

They charge you for a late check out whuxh is a shame. They finish serving breakfast at 930 which is silly should be ten. When your very tired from the disneyparks you dnt want to be rushing.

We landed at Narita Airport and there is a direct bus (Keisei bus) from Narita Airport to Kasai Station so we got to the hotel in less than an hour. Very convenient as we had a number of luggage. The hotel is very near to Kasai Station which makes it convenient to travel around Tokyo. However Kasai station is not in central Tokyo which means that the train ride is a little longer to get to central Tokyo, but that is not a deal breaker. The hotel provides very decent free breakfast which includes cereal, bread, hard-boiled eggs, sausages, salads, Japanese soup, juices, milk. This makes it convenient for us as we do not need to walk out to get breakfast. Hotel also provides moisturiser, lotion and toiletries at the lobby. These are self-service. The chambermaids clean our room everyday. Feels good to come back to a clean room Staff is very friendly

Room is a bit small. Kaisai station is not in central Tokyo so train ride is a little longer to get to central Tokyo but that is not a deal breaker.

The facility and the location.

It’s a suggestion about the menu on your breakfast. Need to add more food choices.

The staff were very nice to let me drop my bags before check-in and delivered them to my room, that was great! Beds were comfortable and the room had everything I needed. Location was convenient to the train station and to nearby parks.

I felt that the price was very high for the room. There's a free breakfast but it's very very basic other than the bakery items. Plain yogurt no toppings, broth instead of the typical miso soup and so on. It did the job but for what I paid for the room, I thought there could have been more.

Comfiest hotel for a "tighter" budget. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Lumiere Kasai the most, from all the hotels we stayed at in Japan. - It was quiet, didn't hear any other people through the walls. - The room was quite spacious for 2 people, compared to most hotel rooms in Japan. - Breakfast was delicious and fresh, though I wish there was a bit more variety and some fruit as well would be nice to have. - A 5 minute walk from the train station, but do bear in mind that it's on a line that is extremely busy during rush hour.

The only thing I didn't like, but is not a major inconvenience, is that the shower curtains do have a bit of a musty smell to them.

I'm very happy to write the review about Hotel Lumiere, Great Service, Cleaning, Breakfast, Amazing Keep Growing Hotel Lumiere, and also in Addition it's near to Kasai Station that was amazing to take Train to Tokyo.. or any other city. Amd you can also take bus from kasai Station to Narita Airport. Sham from Pakistan and Ha from Vietnam

Room was just a little bit small as my expectations. And all other overall things was great.

The hotel was really nice and clean! The breakfast was simple yet really good (from 6:30 am to 10 am) . the location was good! Only 25 min away from Disneyland (by bus). the staff was very friendly and highly professional! The sweet lady at the reception helped us with filling out the forms to ship our luggage from their hotel in Tokyo to the other hotel in Osaka! Extremely nice and helpful! The price was good too! Highly recommend staying here! They do have construction going on from 9 am to 5 pm till December but honestly didn’t bother us at all!
